ABOUT CASA COSTA
Casa Costa is a spacious four-bedroom, four-bathroom home tucked into the jungle of Playa Guiones. Centrally located, you’re within walking distance of everything you need and as close to the beach as you can get in Nosara. Whether you're heading to the surf or exploring local shops and restaurants, you’re in the middle of it all. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms are on the main level, while the master suite is privately situated on the second floor. A private swimming pool and sun-drenched patio with lounge chairs create the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation.
NOTE: There is construction noise next to this property from an ongoing project. Work is permitted seven days a week between 6 AM and 5 PM. Please expect noise during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!
ON THE INSIDE
Casa Costa features four spacious and well-appointed bedrooms, with three located on the main level and the master suite upstairs. Each room is clean, modern, and equipped with A/C for maximum comfort. The main level boasts vaulted ceilings with stunning wood finishes, enhancing the home's warm and airy ambiance.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an island with bar seating and opens directly to the living room, making it an ideal space for gathering and entertaining. A large dining table seats six guests, while the kitchen island provides additional seating for four. Though the home accommodates up to 12 guests, dining seating is set for 10, with the option to squeeze in two extra chairs at the table if needed. The living room offers two cozy sofas and additional seating, creating a comfortable space for relaxation.
ON THE OUTSIDE
Casa Costa offers the rare luxury of true privacy with a fully fenced property and gated access. The outdoor area is designed for relaxation, featuring a private pool and a sunlit patio with lounge chairs—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Within the fenced yard, there is secure parking available for guests, providing added convenience and peace of mind during your stay.
LOCATION IS EVERYTHING
Casa Costa is in a prime location, situated along the first road running parallel to the beach—placing you as close as possible to the sand and surf. It is located at the main Guiones entrance to the beach, making it incredibly easy to access the waves, watch breathtaking sunsets, or take a leisurely stroll along the shore. You're also just steps away from Nosara’s vibrant selection of restaurants, bars, and shops, ensuring convenience at your fingertips.

LOCAL QUIRKS – IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS AREA OF COSTA RICA
While Costa Rica's infrastructure is steadily improving, it's important to note that some things are beyond our control. During your stay, you may experience occasional dust, bugs, and power, water, or internet outages. These are common in the area and part of the experience of immersing yourself in a different country and culture.
If staying connected is essential during your visit, we recommend looking into internet data plans available through your cellular provider. Additionally, please be aware that Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada, and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities, which means construction noise may be present between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. We make every effort to keep our guests informed about ongoing construction that may impact their stay, but unfortunately, we do not always receive advance notice of new projects.
Regarding plumbing, please note that the septic system in Nosara does not allow toilet paper to be flushed (with a few exceptions). We kindly ask that you adhere to this guideline during your stay.
We are committed to providing the best possible experience, but we want to ensure that all guests are aware of these local quirks before booking. Refunds and concessions will not be provided for the above-mentioned issues, as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager. IMPORTANT NOTICE
Kindly note that while we honor our cancellation policy, any processing or payment gateway fees incurred during your reservation are non-refundable in the event of a guest-initiated cancellation, even if your cancellation qualifies for a full or partial refund. This policy does not apply if the host cancels the reservation.
We want to ensure that your stay in Nosara is safe and enjoyable. Like many beach communities, petty theft can occasionally be an issue in the area. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities, so we kindly ask that you take the following precautions during your stay:
Always keep doors and windows locked when you're away from the property and at night. If your sliding doors or windows have security bars, please ensure they are in place. If you cannot find the bars, contact us as soon as possible.

Never leave valuables or personal items unattended when you leave the house, including electronics, identification, and anything else of apparent value.

Do not leave valuables in your car while you’re out, and avoid leaving anything on your front or back patios unattended.

If your property has a security alarm, always set it when you leave, even for short periods of time.

While a security guard is not included with your rental, we can arrange for one upon request. If you'd like to hire a security guard for part or all of your stay, please let us know during the booking process and specify the hours you'd like covered.
Please be aware that, even with these precautions in place, theft can still occur in Nosara. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager are not responsible for any loss of items due to theft.
