Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we arrived our experience at Essex303S was great. Management company was very helpful, the condo was in excellent condition, beautiful view and the pool was most enjoyable and the walk to the beach was not at all inconvenient. We can't wait to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a girls trip, great location a few blocks from beach access. Condo is clean, beds are comfortable, beach chairs are available (a wagon or something to pull to The beach would’ve been helpful but we did just fine.). It was easy to pick up keys after hours and very friendly staff when dropping keys off during business hours. Had a little trouble getting into the condo. My code didn’t work, the after hours, phone number, answered instantly, and took care of me within minutes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had good time during Christmas in this apartment. It was great that apartment complex have heated pool, because this year ocean water was too cold for swimming. Also we enjoy to play tennis, this complex have own tennis court.

Some minor furniture issues, but overall a very nicely equipped unit. Would recommend for a couple. Lovely view from the screened porch.

August 2022 Stay

We had a wonderful time staying here! The condo was perfect for our family. Beautiful sunsets, great beach time and supplied with everything we needed!!. Great location, well appointed and honest information in description of unit. This condo unit was beautiful and met all of our expectations! It was very clean and decorated beautifully. We hope to stay again soon!
