This tropical paradise condo offers you views of the sea with all of the comforts of home! Modern kitchen fully stocked, comfortable furnishings, Smart Tv's with Blue stream fiber optic internet/cable, split floorplan for privacy, office work areas, screened lanai, Weber grill, beach closet with chairs, umbrellas, etc.. 2 min walk to heated pool and 4 min walk to private beach, shuffleboard, bocce courts, pickleball courts, tennis courts, golf, library, yoga classes, basketball, fitness center, fitness classes, restaurant, 24 hour manned security, new resort style swimming pool to be completed Spring 2025, Tiki Bar, hot tub, and so much more! Come visit and explore the Treasure Coast, Ocean Village and Hutchinson Island!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
This property is just steps away from the Cayman heated Olympic size pool and shuffleboard court! As well as outdoor plush grounds and outdoor dining tables with umbrellas and grills! It is conveniently located off of the elevator and is a short quick walk to a private 3,000 foot well groomed beach with natural sand dunes and outdoor showers! Ocean views from every room and a beautifully decorated screened in lanai/porch with plenty of comfortable seating, ceiling fan, and a comfy padded chaise lounge for those afternoon naps! Pets considered with nominal pet fee according to Breeds and size. Please inquire. Welcome to Paradise!
