Beach cottage 3 blocks from ocean. River rock fireplace, smart TV, internet and large dinning room table. Large fenced yard with barbecue and deck with dining area. Recently remodeled bathroom. Washer and dryer. Sleeps 6. Enjoy the beach, gorgeous sunsets, and relax-it’s all here except the crowds. Local coffee shops, ice cream, restaurants, cocktails all within walking distance of the home.

This place was perfect for us and our pet especially with the fence backyard. Barbecue was great house was great, close to town and the beach. Will be booking again.

Very comfy cozy!

We had a wonderful 3 day weekend - framily wedding in Astoria, precious time with two little grandsons, two wonderful daughters & a dear son-in-law at the beach! The beds & downstairs shower were great!

Very clear directions for check in. Kitchen was small but had everything we needed. Some pots can be updated as they are old.

Lovely Cottage

Very cozy and comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. Everything we needed was included at the house. Great location in the Seaside/Gearhart area. Walking distance to the beach. Short drive to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our visit.

Great tay

We loved the access to a quiet area of the beach. House was great, beds are good. Cleaning could have been a bit better - there were some dusty areas and cobwebs. House is small which worked well for us with five people, but more would be pretty tight. It was great there were chairs and toys for the beach we could use.

It is a lovely, family home with great access to the beach & town. Cute downstairs, remodeled bathroom. Great dinning space & lots of fun games! Beautiful fenced shared yard which is terrific for children & dogs. There was an issue with the stove which was responded to within 24 hours.Duvet covers for the upstairs comforters, patio/child friendly (plastic) dishes, & comfort height toilets are a few things that could be added for additional comfort for guests.Thank you for letting us use your special home!

The overall home and property was pretty nice, but there was an odor in the home that was a little off-putting. Couldn’t quite figure out what it was. They need to fix the bedroom doorknob downstairs, as the door really didn’t close all the way. Also need to add a lock to the bathroom door upstairs. Check-in/out was easy and although the kitchen was a little cozy, it had everything we needed.

Cozy artist cottage!

We were pleasantly surprised by this cozy cottage. It has been very lovingly renovated and was very comfortable for our weekend stay. Quick walk to the beach and the pastry shop! Great fenced yard front and back!

Older home but nice. Really appreciated the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. I am a senior citizen and had my family with me. Couldn’t figure out how to turn the tv on.

Serene and easy

Excellent experience. Quiet, private place with fenced yard for my dog to roam safely. Close proximity to large, less populated beach. Easy, no hassle check in and comfortable rooms and beds/bedding and fluffy towels. Love the operable window in the shower - bonus!

Cozy beach house in quiet neighborhood

Comfortable and convenient beach house in quiet Gearhart. Cozy house with everything we needed for a great week at the coast. Host was responsive. Check in/check out was easy. Beds were comfortable. Living space is small and cozy but worked great for 5 adults. Large backyard with a great bbq. Only a few blocks from trail access to the beach or from the shops in Gearhart. Truly enjoyed our stay

Older home; alot of upgrades in this home. Comfortable beds! Huge backyard. A few cobwebs, could use a more thorough cleaning before guests. Had a few hiccups but all turned out well.

Cozy beach house

We had a great time at this home. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Very clean, comfortable rustic home. There were 5 adults in our group with plenty of room for all of us. The back yard was really nice and private. We drank coffee in the morning on the deck and barbecued in the evening. Within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. We recommend this property and would return to this home in the future.
