Welcome to our newly updated, oceanside 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, located on the 2nd floor of the Annapolis House in Sea Colony. This comfy unit offers an unbeatable opportunity to stay on the east side at a fraction of the price! Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the courtyard and garden apartments.

Convenience at Your Doorstep
Just a quick walk down a flight of stairs (or take the elevator) to the pool and beach (in just minutes you are settled in at the beach, then take a 10-minute stroll to the shops and restaurants of downtown Bethany Beach for lunch, dinner, or shopping. This prime location ensures you're never far from the action.

• A spacious living and dining area
• Well-equipped kitchen
• Two bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed, and a second bedroom with a queen bed plus a bunk bed (twin over queen)

Things to Know:
• Resort Fee: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a $55 per-person resort fee per week for guests ages four and older, varying by time of year. For fee information and purchase, visit Sea Colony Rentals.
• Parking: This unit includes one assigned parking spot in the parking lot between Annapolis House and the tennis courts (not in the garage). Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis with the appropriate permit.
• Parking Permits: Ensure your parking permit is displayed on your dash. One permit is provided with one or two badges; two permits are available with three or more badges.
• Pet Policy: Sea Colony has a no dog policy for renters.
• Age Requirement: You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
• Linens: Bring your own sheets and bath towels, or rent from Gale Force Rentals. Beach towels are provided.
• There is a 7-night minimum rental, with a Saturday check-in and Saturday check-out.

Terrific location - between beaches and pools. Well stocked kitchen. Excellent resort amenities. Condo was larger than in pictures. Host was responsive and attentive! Would definitely book again!

Awesome stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as advertised including ease of access to the beach and pools. Bedrooms felt generous for a two bedroom condo, and lots of places for people to sleep.

We had a really outstanding visit, even considering some weather restrictions! Our host was amazing at offering herself even via text, to help us navigate the area. The home was very well stocked and clean. The kiddos, ages 5 and 9yo all had things to help occupy too! We would certainly come back to this location. Beach and Pool a short walk.

Perfect family stay

This apartment is the perfect size for a family or some friends. It is clean, a close walk to the beach/pool and has everything you would need for a stay. Remember to bring your own sheets and towels…and sweatshirts haha (it gets so cold at night).

Excellent value

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Well-stocked, super clean and communicative owner/manager. We were very pleased with the apartment. There isn’t much of a view from the apartment, but we knew that going into it and still had really nice sunlight. This apartment is a great value.

Lovely Beach Condo

Had a lovely stay, too bad Hurricane Debby rained on our parade! Condo was clean and had lots of games/movies for kiddos. My kiddos loved the bunk beds! Great communication with Holle and would highly recommend this unit.

Great family vacation

We had a great stay at this unit. The communication was outstanding throughout the booking process and our stay. There was plenty of room and well stocked with kitchen needs. There were also many games and puzzles that were a huge hit during the rainy day when we couldn’t go to the beach. Overall a great family vacation! Would rent this unit again.

Great Stay at Sea Colony

We were very satisfied with our stay here! Check in was easy, the condo is nicely updated and clean with everything in working order. We were also pleasantly surprised by all the amenities included, as the owner supplied umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, hand and dishwashing soap, cleaning supplies, vacuum, etc. My kids are little and Sea Colony/Bethany Beach is perfect for them! We had a great vacation!

Comfy and convenient

The condo was perfect for our family of four. The mattresses were firm and the knives were sharp. We enjoyed the selection of puzzles and games. It was nice not having to pack beach chairs, since the condo came with a locker that was stocked with chairs and sand toys.

Bethany beach getaway

Had some Issues accessing the condo (re: door lock); however, the owner was great. Got Everything to a manageable situation and it did not hinder us from having a great time. The condo is roomy - 2 full bathrooms is a great plus and the washer/dryer! For families - close to outdoor pool and beach and full size refrig enables opportunity to cook - if needed/wanted. While there’s a shuttle that runs to/from town area, it’s a nice walk! My only complaint is the town - parked and put $ in meters but dinner at restaurant ran over and i ended up 14 minutes over meter time - the penalty - $50!!! So excessive - i tried to appeal, but they never considered - i get a fine - but $50 is over the top - bethany beach - get over yourself - a nice vacation place - but not hawaii, bermuda, etc. and a great way to discourage additional shopping in the area.

Great vacation for our family of 6

There was enough room in this unit for our 4 boys not too be on top of each other (ranging from age 6-12). We were close to this pool beach and less than a mile walk to downtown Bethany. Sea colony is a great place with many pools and the beach super close. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

We Love Sea Colony and our stay was perfect

We loved this condo it was wonderful to be right on the beach where you could go in for lunch my kids loved the fact they could go to the pool and play corn hole as well as go back to the condo for lunch by themselves without us parents being with them. Very save and the condo was wonderful. We differently would stay here again! It was perfect for a family of 4 (with 2 Teen girls). Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Fantastic!

This condo was perfect for our family of four. An easy walk to pools and beach on the less-busy end of Sea Colony. Only hiccup was cleaning crew was still in condo when it was time to check in so we got in 45 min late. But clean, well equipped, good beds and sofas, well taken care of. One tip: was glad I didn’t stay here last year when my kids were younger because all the tables were glass tops. Would not stay here with kids under 2 who don’t yet heed “be careful!” or “don’t touch that!” But with kids 3 and up it was great. Would definitely stay again!

Nice stay with a few quirks...

This was our first time staying at Sea Colony and it was a pleasant week overall. It was exactly what was advertised. Pros 1. Master Bed comfortable 2. Recent kitchen & bathroom renovations 3. New & comfortable living room couch & chairs 4. Quick walk to the pool/beach Cons 1. Access - Needs a keyless entry pad. Carrying a set of keys around all week was nerve-wracking when spending the day on the beach. 2. Very cluttered - The kitchen, decor/trinkets, and unused/broken electronics need to be purged. (DVD player and VCR in Master were unusable with a note saying to use the one in the family room. There is also personal desktop computer in the Master that makes the room feel like you're staying at your parents’ house.) The closets were so crammed full of sand toys, chairs, blankets, etc. that it was difficult to close the doors without things falling out. 3. Kitchen - Many duplicate appliances (4 toasters among others) took up so much space that we couldn't store any of our dry goods in the cabinets and had to keep them out on the counter our entire trip. 4. Bunk Bed - This bed either needs to be replaced or tightened. It made a tremendous amount of noise and swayed anytime someone was on it. We didn't feel it was unsafe, but it certainly wasn't comfortable. 5. Window Treatments - Some of the vertical blinds in the front bedroom were missing. The sliding door to the balcony needs replaced as well. Pros of Sea Colony: 1. Walkable to the Bethany Beach boardwalk/shops/restaurants 2. Beach isn't overly crowded (we went mid-August) 3. Sea Colony has multiple high-rise buildings with easy access to multiple pools. There are also family-friendly activities like Bingo, beach bonfires and movies held throughout the week. Some things are an additional cost like beach yoga. Cons of Sea Colony 1. The high-rise we stayed in was an older/dated building 2. The "Resort Fee" per person for anyone over 4 y/o should be changed. Perhaps there could be different rates for adults and kids or offer a family pass.

Below Average for Sea Colony

Check in is listed at 2pm. The cleaning company didn't show up until 4 and took until nearly 445 to be finished "cleaning". Check in is not as advertised...cleaning needs to be done prior to check in. After "cleaning" the property was still pretty filthy. Cereal was left everywhere on the floor, food was left in the refrigerator and the refrigerator was left with crusty food residue on the inside, and the countertops were sticky. We needed to re vacuum and re clean pretty much the whole condo. Not a good start to vacation. Then we realize the kitchen sink is backing up because the garage disposal isn't working. We tried calling, texting, emailing, VRBO messaging the owner and received no response. It took days for a response and for the owner to get a plumber out to fix it, all the while we were washing dishes in the bathroom. Again, not a great way to be vacationing. We have been vacationing in sea colony for 7 years now and this was by far the worst experience due to poor check in, extremely poor cleanliness, and poor responsiveness from the owner. While the unit is still a short walk to the beach and pools, which is great, I think it is worth considering renting elsewhere for the next stay considering the abundance of options available at sea colony.

Great location

We had a great time. The location was great. Just a heads up if you have toddlers there are lots of Knick knacks around. It’s close to the beach and the pool and the amenities were great and Bill was very nice!

Wonderful stay at Sea Colony

This condo is in an ideal location: easy walk to pool, beach, and town! Aside from a slight delay in entering (the check in info said 2pm, but the cleaning people, none of whom had masks on until they saw us, thought our check in was 3pm), we liked the condo a lot and would definitely stay there again. One other small issue: the sliding door and screen are truly a pain to open and close, the screen kept falling off, and the door seems rusted into an unlock position! Seriously needs replacing! Otherwise, it was great ,
