The Space:

Overlook the surf and sand from the private balcony of this second floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath low-rise oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level design features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen (with Corian counters), full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the primary suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs (new 65-inch TV in the living room -2019), DVD, 2 assigned spaces, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. This building does not feature an elevator. Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, basketball court, boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing. Perfect vacation home

This is our second time staying at 2FB and we love it! It’s so clean, the beds and sofas are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. And best of all, the view is phenomenal! We had the best week and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful condo. Outstanding view. Location is perfect if you don't mind walking up a flight of stairs. Could have been cleaner though.

Exceptional!

We have been staying at Sea Colony for over 7 years and this unit was by far our favorite - I hope to book it again for next year as soon as we lock in a date! It was so clean, the decor was lovely, the beds comfy, nice and cold AC, the kitchen was well equipped and the view can’t be beat! We traveled with our two children (ages 6&3) and they loved it so much too!!

Gorgeous and clean!

We have been staying in Sea Colony for 5 years and this has been our favorite place!! The place was SO CLEAN!!!! The view is magnificent and the rocking chairs on the deck were such an added delight to enjoy the view. We are so happy we picked 2F this year and we will continue to come back! :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at sea colony in Brandywine 2FB. The place was in a great location with a beautiful view. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was a perfect week at Bethany!The only two things that really stood out as problematic was that there was no apparent elevator to get to this unit on the 2nd floor, so we had to lug everything from our bin up and down a flight upon arrival and departure. This was not communicated in advance. Similarly, when we went down to the beach each day, we had to pick up our beach pulley/trolley up and down two flights of stairs to access the beach. There was also a loud noise coming from the HVAC unit that sounded many times each night in the Master bedroom. Even so, 5stars.

A Beautiful Home. A Beautiful Location.

This home looked exactly as pictured. It was a very comfortable stay and, in our opinion, an ideal location. Unfortunately, the dryer wasn't working. With a family of four adults and the cost of a week's rental, this was more than a small inconvenience. With several calls and emails made, the response from Vacasa was disregardful; we never did hear back from the Owner Relations Manager. As the owner, I would be dismayed.

While we are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay, we are so sorry about the issues you had with the dryer. An appliance repair company has checked the dryer and determined there is nothing wrong with it. The dryer is working properly and we haven't received any further complaints from other guests. We hope we can have another chance to host you!
