“Diamonds & Pearls”. A serene 1,400 sq ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in the Sandpiper Bay Country Club in Sunset Beach, NC. Just minutes away from the Sunset Beach, Calabash (the seafood capital of the world) and Ocean Isle Beach. Businesses are locally owned. You can be a beach bum, golf, deep sea fish, shop, or seek adventure zip lining or renting an ATV. This condo is fully furnished and equipped with mostly anything you need.

WE CHARGE A NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE THAT WILL NEED TO BE PAID DIRECTLY TO US VIA VENMO OR CASH APP) *****Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture, if there is evidence of pets on furniture, you will be charged extra cleaning fees***

Wished the unit had been cleaner and less worn.

Floorplan was great, location was good, development was nice. Condo was in need of a very deep cleaning.

Great stay!

The condo was very clean and decorated nicely, just as pictured. Nice view from porch and beds were comfy. My daughter ran in the local half marathon and the location was perfect for that plus many restaurants within a ten minute drive. We enjoyed our stay!

Winter Break/Family Trip

Diamonds and Pearls is a beautiful Condo right on the 7th hole of the San Piper golf course.From the living room and Master bedroom(which I gave to my 88 yr old dad), you can watch the golfers and the resident alligator.Beautiful view.The Condo was spacious and well equipped with everything you would need. The proximity to sunset beach and our family that live there was very Convenient.Grocery stores, shopping and restaurants close by also.We also enjoyed walking in the San Piper complex, large, safe, and well lit..We had a great month and would consider Diamonds and Pearls again…

Short golf trip

We had a great stay. It was my husband & I & our dog. Comfortable king size bed. Quiet golf-side neighborhood. We would stay there again. Appreciated it was pet-friendly, but not “pet-smelly”.

When we checked in the place looked nice. we unpacked everything and sat on couch and saw roaches on wall . then we started to find them in several locations and took pictures. contacted owner and he was out of town and couldn't do anything about it. We stayed less then 2hrs and left and he refuses to give refund. he conducts bad business practices.

We had AUNTS

Low water pressure, tub would not drain, no toilet paper or paper towels and AUNTS all in the kitchen. It was bad - because they kept getting in our food.

Beautiful place to stay

This is a beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood. It is very quiet and peaceful. The covered balcony overlooking the pond is stunning. We were in town for the Run Sunset races and the location worked out well. We will be back.

Get away

Arrived at condo and we were amazed at the size of it and views it presented. We were really pleased that we were allowed to bring our puppy Riley. Everything promised was delivered and more. Great service and a great facility.

Great condo, highly recommend

Condo was perfect for my family! Unit was extremely clean upon check in, hosts were helpful and the pictures are true to what you can expect to find. Gorgeous place - perfect for a weekend getaway. We will be back!

Beautiful place

Great stay. Unit was as described. It is a bit of a drive to the beach, but amenities (pool and tennis courts) are close by. Overall great place at a good price.

Perfect spot

This condo is very nice, pleasantly furnished and near plenty of restaurants. Be aware it’s on the third floor with no elevator.

Cute and Clean

We had a great stay at Diamonds and Pearls! The condo was clean, with all new finishes. I loved that our little pup could join us and go on his first trip to the beach! We are a younger couple so the stairs weren’t a problem, but I would warn more mature guests that it is on the third floor with pretty steep steps. The view of the golf course and the quietness of no overhead guest make it worth the climb though!
