Summary:

Escape to a spacious retreat for the whole family. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and the Iron Bell trail. Ideal for a couple's getaway or a relaxing space for work and travel. Near skiing, snowmobiling, and hiking trails, with dining options within easy reach.



The Space:

This house has been carefully updated and has over 2400 Square Foot of space. house with great kitchen, Living Room, Bar, Two Dining room, four bedrooms with front porch and deck.



Guest Access:

The house with plenty of parking right in front of the entrance or to the right of the house. Only right-side unit is accessible.



Getting Around:

Two car parking is on the right side of the house and more parking on the street. The washer and dryer are shared in the basement and only available on request.



Other Things to Note:

This is a side-by-side unit and only right-side unit is available.



Dogs are welcome with maximum of two dogs per reservation. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and maintain our property in excellent condition, we have a few guidelines for pet stays.



Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet requested through booking platform after reservation is confirmed, will be an additional charge requested.



To ensure the safety of both our guests and the security of our residence, we have strategically positioned external surveillance cameras around the perimeter of our home.



No Parties or Gatherings

Family gatherings, parties, or any events are not permitted. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Violations will result in a $50 per person fee per day or a minimum charge of $1,000, whichever is greater.

Was just fine for the two dogs, nice fence yard for them. House was nicely decorated and clean, we went to go four wheeling and it was very close to the trails and great riding

The only couple things was air conditioning. Website says air conditioning. But the room air conditioners were not set up. It cooled off at night but several windows did not have screens so we could not open those windows It was very warm 84 degrees for 2 days and the house was very warm inside. Deck was great we spent much time out there in the shade.

Worked very well for UTV vacation. Just a few short blocks to the trail. Nice large sectional furniture where we all could sit and enjoy the evening.

I'll experience at this property was amazing. Home was extremely clean and very soon nicely decorated. There were a lot of extras such as games and kitchen staples. The beds were very comfortable. The fenced in backyard and allowance of pets was a top priority of ours and very hard to find in other rental properties. We would definitely return.

Seamless process - check-in & checkout was easy & zero hassle. The kitchen is updated & spacious. Absolutely lovely house. Lots of space with multiple areas for socializing. The beds were incredibly comfy & the air conditioning left the house comfortable during a heatwave. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had 6 adults and a large dog and the house and property accommodated with plenty of space, fenced in yard and every accessory needed.Communication was always quick and efficient.The house does need more A/C units or central air installed because the days over 85 degrees outside, the 3 mobile units they have made it very uncomfortable and non existent for the square footage. We only had one of these days, the other 5 days were comfortable when the outside temps were in the 70's.I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again!Thank you for the opportunityEddie

UTV ride

This place was great! Our trip was for UTV riding. Easy access to trails and down town. There was 7 of us and the space was very comfortable. Beds were also very comfortable and the kitchen was great. There was a gas grill and outside deck to enjoy. Would stay here again.

Great Location

We take a Boat Crew snow trip every year and last year was a bust. So we found this house ans snagged it before someone else rented it. Perfect location for everything we were doing Hurley and Snowmobiles. Close to the trails it was perfect!

Large home and comfortable stay

We had a great stay with family when we came to the area for a wedding. We didn't need much but this house was very large and felt comfortable for all 8 of us. All four bedrooms are very good sized and there was room for luggage. It is an old house but nicely remodeled and didn't feel like some of the cheaply done rentals that we have stayed at other times. Owners sent regular emails with any information that we needed and we didn't have any problems while there. The fenced in private backyard was an extra bonus for our dog that came with. It was an overall positive experience and we would stay again if we ever needed to.

Wonderful house

The home is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and fully stocked with any kitchen supply you’d need. The owners have beautiful decorating taste! It’s centrally located in Ironwood. It’s a 15-20 min drive from Black River Basin (formerly Blackjack) and Jackson Creek (formerly Indianhead). The list of potential things that could incur an extra fee was quite long and specific, I haven’t seen that before in a VRBO. Nonetheless, the house is spacious, roomy, clean, and well stocked. We had a great experience and would recommend!

Fantastic Place in the U.P.

We stayed here as a family of four, along with my parents and our dog (1yr old german shepherd) for a family ski trip. The property was perfect and it's important to keep in mind it is a well renovated and maintained ~1910s style home when booking. Arrival was easy and the entire property was warm and spotless when we got in. Rooms and spaces were inviting and well appointed for our group, while offering space to spread out. The kitchen, living and dining spaces were just right for relaxing, meals or dinner prep. The fenced in backyard is a rarity and hard to find on VRBO for dog owners and it got put to good use for playing fetch. Staying here you're only 2 miles from grocery stores and other needs you might have. Would definitely stay here again.

Ski Weekend

We had a great stay in Ironwood. Nice to find a place where four adults each had own bedroom. Plenty of space to spread-out. We spent most of our time on the ski trails or in town.

Great property

Great property, kept clean with snow removal services in a good looking neighborhood. Checks all of the boxes and some. The itemized list of extra fees a user could occur is very long and intimidating. We left without issue but it felt money grabby after paying a significant service fee and cleaning fee upfront already.

Comfy spot close to everything

Owners were very communicative before checkin, which was a breeze. The cleaning list was tiny and only took a few minutes to complete. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location is practically in the cute little downtown area, and close to the main road to get anything you may need.

Time in the north woods

This home was spacious, bathroom upstairs and down, a clean kitchen with nice appliances, and a great place to host a family dinner one night. It was perfect home base for our family during an autumn trip to a town and area we know well.

Couldn't Ask for a Better Location!

This large and spacious home was a perfect base for our weeklong exploration of the area. We could walk to most anywhere, and were able to take our bikes and hop on the Iron Belle trail in no time. It also served as a great spot for nightly games, in the dining area and in the backyard. Would absolutely stay again.
