Jamaica Bay Building B 407 is a contemporary condominium located on the bayside. This 4th floor one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking the bay and the pool. This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days, a week, or several weeks. This unit is quiet and perfect for families to create lasting beach memories. 407 is one of the most updated condo units in the building.

Great location on 33rd street and walkable to the beach, boardwalk, Jolly Rogers, shops, and mini market for groceries. Restaurants and bars are also nearby. Quiet fishing/crabbing pier near/behind the condo. A Charter and water sport rental company is also nearby.

The condo is one of the best units that you will ever stay in! Beach theme and contemporary style living brings this condo to life. The living room is furnished with a comfy couch that doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors provide plenty of natural light to brighten the space, and in the evenings you can sit on the furnished balcony and watch the sunset. Next to the living area is the fully-stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and a wide counter top with chairs. Great space to cook or grab a quick bite to eat from one of the many restaurants nearby.

Jamaica Bay Building B 407 has the following amenities: Wifi, central air conditioning, one parking space, two Smart TVs, stack washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, stove, and a dishwasher.

The bedroom has 2 full-size beds and a Smart TV so you can stream any of your favorite apps: HBO Max, Fubo TV, Disney, Netflix and many more. Please note that you will need to log into your own account to access the apps. This property comfortably sleeps up to four people, so it's perfect for a small family or a romantic getaway.

Please note: Towels and linens ARE NOT provided. The building DOES NOT have an elevator (only STAIRS) and is located on the 4th floor. Grills are not allowed anywhere on the property due to fire laws. Public/free charcoal grills and picnic areas are available at Northside Park off of 125th St.

1 free condo parking space is secured with the refundable parking fee/parking pass. The $50 is processed for refund (via Venmo, Paypal, or CashApp) once parking pass is confirmed returned at the end of your stay. Side street parking is also available on 32nd and 33rd streets for additional free parking.

This property does not allow pets or smoking and we only rent to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Great place to stay

We had an amazing time here over forth of July weekend. The condo was clean, had all the kitchen appliances we could need. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and a quiet neighbor at night.

Just as decribed. Plenty of room. Extremely clean and well kept. Good location,close to the beach. Felt safe with using passcodes to get in. Would stay again if it was available.

Exactly as advertised

This property was very clean and was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. It is in a great location with a perfect view from a deck overlooking the bay. Highly recommend for a couple or small family.

Great midtown rental!

I think this is the best condo we have rented in OC! It was exactly as described/shown in photos. Great location, very clean and nice amenities. The hosts were also great--low-key but responsive if needed. I would highly recommend booking this spot! We will definitely book again.

Great OC trip with a view!

We had a lovely stay at this property, conveniently located near the Jolly Roger amusement park. Check in process was easy and the owner was very responsive and helpful. The balcony has beautiful views of the bay that we enjoyed with our morning coffee and sunset cocktails. We didn’t use the pool, but saw several families enjoying it. The A/C worked well during a sweltering week! Be aware that the property is on the 4th floor of the building, and you must bring your own bed linens and towels.

Great vacation getaway

I did a lot of research and selected this property based on the reviews and they were all spot on accurate. My 2 daughters and I had an excellent time viewing the sunsets over the bay on the balcony. The 4 flights of stairs are not as bad as you think except after walking the entire boardwalk 😃 Thanks for a great clean place that we would return to in the future.

Great Little Escape

My daughter and I wanted to do a last minute minication before she left for college. This was the perfect little escape for us. Everything was just as described and the place was clean upon arrival! The owners were very responsive and available to answer any questions. Perfect for a small family and location very quiet! We really enjoyed this great little escape!

Wonderful stay. Very stylish

I really enjoyed my stay. The unit was spacious the beds were comfortable. The balcony had this really nice saftey netting on it for children and the pool was clean and warm. The only thing that was tough was that we had to walk up the four floors of stairs with all our luggage and children. 😆 we managed and other than that it was perfect.

Great place!

The condo is in a great location, 1 block from the beach! We enjoyed the sunsets over the bay from the balcony in the evenings. The condo is walking distance to everything, was clean and looked just as pictured. There were even a few extras! Justin was speedy on his communications. This place is perfect for small families. Thanks for a great stay!!

Awesome Vacay!

Quick walk to beach. Beautiful view of bay, balcony, surrounded by food and stores, easy walk to Jolly Rogers water park and raceway, clean condo, beach decor, everything you need in condo!, Comfortable beds, pillows and even the pull out couch was clean and comfortable, pool was perfect- not too small, great neighbors. We loved it! Condo is on 4th floor so adults were winded walking up the steps, but it didn't phase the kids and we were in better shape when we left;)
