Just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants (The Garlic, Chases), kids public park, Izzy's taco and ice cream shop, Manny's pizza, and historic Flagler Ave. Racing Fans, this location is only 28 minutes to Daytona International Speedway!
We absolutely loved our stay! The house and yard are adorable!! The owners were amazing and responded promptly with every question I had. If/when we make it back down to New Smyrna Beach, we will rebook this house. We loved the sweet little town too! We didn’t want anything crazy with teens, and this was a 10/10!! Thank you!

We had never dreamed that we would own a home so close to the beach. However, when visiting our amazing aunt in New Smryna Beach, we walked past this older home that was in bad need of a renovation. We decided to buy it renovated the entire home. All studs are new, plumbings, windows, electrical, and I could go on for months! We weren't sure what we were going to do with the newly redone home. With kids constant conflicting schedules, it just seemed right to allow others to enjoy it when we can't.

This location is amazing. You can drive your vehicle (for a fee) onto the beach so you don't have to lug your beach gear or if you prefer to walk, you have that option. They actually have pillars set up, so no vehicles can travel south. There is a large playground and outdoor bathrooms 2 blocks away as well. If you prefer more greenery, travel west! You really are on a peninsula and the river is 10 minutes walking directly to the West. One mile from Publix, blocks from 7-11, plenty of parking.... I can't think of a better place!
