This is a Gold Crown RCI property with great amenities on the beach. Enjoy incredible sunrises without crowds this time of year. There are many reviews of this property posted by vacation rental companies .No hidden fees with my listing .

Offering this much below retail value and our out of pocket cost . We cannot be in Cocoa Beach this year as it turns out . Hope that whomever picks up this bargain enjoys the sound of the Ocean and sunrises as much as I will miss them. Lots of great restaurants and grocery stores in the area as well as many state Oceanside parks to explore if you decide to leave the Resort itself . There is a reason this is a Gold Crown
