We had an amazing stay at this condo for the week! The unit was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed while still being peaceful and relaxing. One thing we really appreciated was that the area never felt overcrowded, even during a busy time of year. It was very family-oriented, making it a wonderful place to vacation with children. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The unit was fairly clean when we arrived, but could've been better. Our first night we noticed a chirping from the locked closet in the kids' room which ended up being a tree frog. Or stay was 4 days, and with 6 people, there was 1 roll of paper towels 2 rolls of toilet paper and less than 5 clorox wipes. Despite messaging about the tree frog and lack of cleaning supplies; the chirping persisted our entire stay and we ended up having to buy all our own cleaning supplies. There was also a dead...bug, on the stove top when we checked in. It wasn't all bad though, had the place been properly stocked I probably wouldn't have said anything at all, but it cost us time from our vacation and money we shouldn't have had to spend. The frog was pretty annoying as well, it was disappointing to go three days after mentioning a persistent issue and not hear anything back.Oh! Almost forgot, the Roomba didn't work so we spent a lot of time sweeping.

Good location. Solid value. Space was a little tight.

Sufficiently met the needs of a family of 5 (with a little kid who could share a master bed). It would be very tight for 6 adults/older kids. The walk to beach was short and easy. Bathrooms and kitchen are modern and very nice. Some of the public areas of the condo were less than stellar (public elevator was pretty gross and there were quite a few cigarette butts around the pool), but that isn't necessarily this VRBO owner's fault.Fairly good value overall.

Thank you so much for your review and for choosing a High Tide R and R property for your Panama City Beach stay, Lee! We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay and the recent renovations at this sweet condo! Unfortunately, we do not maintain the grounds or have any control over who does, but we will be mindful of this when attending inspections moving further, so we may notify the HOA of any less than stellar conditions.

Our group of 4 adults had a great experience here. It’s very clean, and the location is wonderful. Less than 5 minute walk to the beaches. We had everything we need to cook and there is a coffee maker. The pool was great and not too crowded. We didn’t have any issues with hearing other guests and we had privacy. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this to others.

Fall break

We absolutely loved the location of the property. By far the best condo we’ve stayed in. It was clean and up to date. Exactly what we wanted. Neighbors were nice. We loved everything about Pura Vida. If we come to PCB next year, we’ll definitely stay again if it’s available. Livi, the host was GREAT!!
