Welcome to the beach! This comfortable oceanfront condo has been updated with your vacation in mind, featuring all new stainless steel appliances and new flooring throughout. Start each day with ocean views and settle into a space that`s made for beach vacationing.

This well-equipped unit showcases beautiful granite counters in the kitchen with an open breakfast nook that`s perfect for morning coffee or casual meals. Both bathrooms have been renovated, with the hall bathroom featuring a convenient walk-in shower for easy beach cleanup.
As an added bonus, we provide beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards so you can head straight to the sand without worrying about rentals. Everything you need for a great beach vacation is ready and waiting for you.

This 2-bedroom condo features 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. The updated amenities and thoughtful touches make it very comfortable and well-equipped for your Virginia Beach getaway.

We had a great time! Would have been perfect if we had 2 parking spots available.

Overall great stay! Would have been better with a 2nd parking spot available onsite. Great location, communication, and the host was very accommodating! We will stay here again in the future.

Great getaway

Great location. Bedrooms looked out on to the beach so you could see and hear the surf. Balcony had not been cleaned (cigar butt and ashes) but otherwise very clean.

We thought the location was convenient to the beach. The condo felt secure with entry. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot. The condo itself was very nice and clean. The views were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo

This condo is so comfortable and beautifully decorated! All the amenities you need to feel right at home. The location is perfect too right on the boardwalk within walking distance to some great restaurants. The view is outstanding too!

Great stay!

Great location at south end of beach. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked, though we do not cook on vacation. The weather was unusually cold during our stay but we enjoyed our time away.

I loved this place. It was beautifully decorated and located right on the boardwalk. So convenient to the beach. The lady at the desk was always friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient. Highly recommed this condo if you locking for a great place to vacation.

Enjoyable visit!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our recent stay at Dolphin Run. The unit was very clean and spacious. The view of the beach and ocean was beautiful. The assigned parking space was convenient, but quite tight, even with a smaller vehicle. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Overall somewhere we would stay again, or recommend to others!

Although the condo is beautiful and in an excellent location, there were cockroaches and after reporting to the host upon arrival we were told they would see about spraying. We expected to see someone within a day or two. Instead, we bought our own roach traps and dealt with the bugs all week, praying we wouldn't bring any home with us. Let the host know we were highly disappointed in their lack of action and they have been completely unresponsive.

With 38 miles of shoreline, Virginia Beach is a “Beach Lovers’ Beach,” with 28 miles of public beach area and our popular 3-mile Boardwalk! Events happen almost every weekend, but some of the most popular include the Boardwalk Art Show, Neptune Festival, the East Coast Surfing Championship and the Rock ‘N’ Roll Half Marathon! Virginia’s most popular state park, First Landing State Park, features trails for hiking and biking, camp sites, swimming and rental sports equipment.
Our Oceanfront offers activities throughout the day and into the night. You’ll find oceanfront dining, live music and family fun. During the summer, Beach Street USA takes over the Oceanfront with nightly entertainment and festivals. Fireworks light up the sky as often as twice a week in the summer months.
