Everything was as nice or better than expected. It’s a great location for Zion and other parks. Our family loved the pool and especially the water slide. A few times we needed help, but their availability via chat was very responsive and helped us quickly.

Awesome Spot

Immaculate unit in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to hiking trails and an easy day trip to Zion. Amenities were just as listed and everything was in great shape. Great quality linens with very comfortable beds. This was a perfect home base for our adult family vacation.

Perfect for us - will stay again!

This was the perfect property for our extended family’s Thanksgiving getaway! Very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of supplies (towels) for up to 18 people. The kids loved the e-bikes. What a great extra! Thank you! We will definitely be back!

Great place!

The place was spacious and comfortable and beautifully furnished. My only complaint was the pillows but that was because of the protector pillow cases. They are the worst! But I brought my own pillow so I was ok. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Location & Amenities!!

The house layout worked out really well for our big group. And the pool was so much fun for our little kids. The house provided everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. My only (very small) complaint was that the floors seemed a little dirty and we had some other areas of concern for cleanliness. The vacuum was not functioning very well for us. Nonetheless, it was nothing that would deter us from staying again!

We recently stayed at this VRBO rental and had a mix of positive and disappointing experiences.On the positive side, the home was well stocked with everything a family might need, including thoughtful extras that made our stay enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable, and the location—especially being close to the community pool—was convenient.However, several issues impacted our stay. Although the pool was a big reason we chose this property, it was extremely overcrowded both times we visited. There were no available chairs and not even space to lay a towel, so we had to leave. During peak seasons, there does not seem to be enough space to accommodate guests.We were also disappointed that the fire pit was not working. Management did offer to fix it, but coordinating repairs during our vacation was not practical. The upstairs arcade game, listed as an amenity, was also not functioning.Additionally, the floors were very dirty. This was especially concerning as we had an infant with us and did not feel comfortable letting him on the floor. Even our socks became extremely dirty from walking around.The rental company did apologize and provided a small credit for our inconvenience, which we appreciated. However, these issues should have been addressed prior to arrival.Overall, the property has great potential, and the working amenities were enjoyable. However, due to the cleanliness concerns and unavailable features, we would be hesitant to book this property again.
