The Space:
On the first floor: two main bedrooms, one of them with a king bed and the other one with a queen bed and both with bathrooms. An open living space with a TV, a dining room for 14 people, a large open kitchen with a double refrigerator and double dishwasher, and a countertop for 5 people. Laundry area with washer and dryer, and the garage is a funny game room with several games and TV. Pool area with half bathroom, dining table, and rest area with loungers next to the pool.
On the second floor: family room with TV, chairs and high table for 4 people, three bedrooms with queen beds, two of them with attached bathroom, the other one shares a bathroom, two bedrooms with king-size bed, one of them with private bathroom and the another share a bathroom, a room with a twin over queen bunk bed with a private bathroom and another one with two twin beds with a trundle bed. All the rooms have a TV.

Upon entering this outdoor oasis, you'll be greeted by the glistening waters of our generously sized pool, it could be heated upon request. The pool area is adorned with lush, well-maintained landscaping, offering a perfect blend of privacy and natural beauty.
The outside cover area is adorned with a tasteful array of comfortable and stylish furniture, designed to cater to your every need. Sink into plush cushions on our oversized sofas, perfect for lounging with a good book or sharing a conversation. For those moments when you desire an al fresco dining experience, our outdoor dining set awaits.
Adjacent to the pool area, you'll discover a convenient half bathroom. No need to track water through the house; this facility ensures that your comfort is paramount. Freshen up or change into your swimsuit without the hassle of going indoors.
Enjoy extras like complementary Wi-Fi, bathroom towels, linens, pool towels, and a full size washer and dryer downstairs.
Upon request we can provide a travel crib and a high chair for kids.
As a courtesy, we provide a welcome kit with toilet and cleaning items that includes: dishwasher, detergent / sponge, paper towel, garbage bags, toilet paper, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. We will not be responsible for filling them during your stay.
The house have NOT access to the Water Park. You have access to the restaurant, convenience store and ticket sales in the Clubhouse.
There is a Ring Camera next to the front door for your and our security, and a pool alarm next to the slider door to exit to the pool area.
EXTRA FEES:
-Pets are Welcome ! The pet fee is $ 150 / pet per stay.
-The pool heating rate is $ 30 per day for the total days of your stay, let us know as soon as possible if you need it, it takes approximately two days to heat up.
-The barbecue rate is $ 50 per complete stay, includes the propane tank and cleaning.

This property has easy access to I-4, and US 192.
Just very close outside the community is Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park Zip line, and Publix Super Market, 7- Eleven, ALDI are more or less 4 miles away.

● BBQ have to be used outside the cover area.
● Do not bring food inside the rooms
● NO glass containers outside.
● NO children are permitted in the pool at any time without adult supervision.
● DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. You should not download female or wipe products at any time. If these products obstruct the septic system, you will be charged for damages.
