Aloha Karen! Mahalo for staying with us. We aim for 5 star stays with our guests and hope that the 3 star review was not due to the condo or our services but was due to mother nature and contributes of Hawaiian weather out of our control. The few day storm that passed through I think took all of us by surprise.

Best Location on Sugar Beach

We've stayed numerous times on Sugar Beach and this is easily our favorite. The unit is on the end of the building so the lanai overlooks the grounds/beach/ocean. Great views of what's happening on the beach or in the water. Lots of whales. The unit itself is very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated, upgraded appliances and very well appointed with dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. Building and grounds are well maintained. "Contactless" check-in worked well. A minor issue with the parking pass was quickly resolved by the I Go Maui operations manager. Overall, an excellent stay and experience. We will return!
