Coastal Sands - B319 at North Coast Village

This beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach condo offers ocean views from both balconies. The primary bedroom retreat encompasses the entire top floor, and opens to a large rooftop balcony. Upgraded with granite counters, stainless appliances, and stone floors, the expanded kitchen is a chef's delight. Travertine stone surrounds the living room fireplace, and gorgeous new carpet has been installed on both levels. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room, a queen bed in the primary bedroom, and 2 full size beds in the secondary bedroom. The downstairs bathroom offers a travertine stone walk-in shower, and the primary bath has a tub/shower combination.

Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

North Coast Village offers billiards, ping pong, a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool for parties. The complex consists of ten four-story buildings surrounded by 2-story cottages, on several acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with streams, waterfalls, and tropical gardens.

You are just steps from the sand - this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX! Enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. You will also find beautiful new exercise rooms, saunas, billiards, ping pong, reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, and laundry facilities with brand new machines.

North Coast Village is located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier. This is a great area for riding bikes! A beautiful, scenic bike trail starts right across the street from the complex or bike along HISTORIC Pacific Coast Highway. Experience awe inspiring sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions.

Downtown Oceanside is a neighborhood that knows its potential. With brand new renovations recently completed, new, exciting restaurants and hotels are opening at a record pace. The Main Street Oceanside Farmers' Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which offers fresh produce every Thursday from 9-1, and the Sunset Market offering food booths from around the world and live music Thursday evenings from 5-9.

Awesome Property

The property is in a very good location. Within walking distance to the beach and the pool. The amenities onsite are great as well. The property was clean and well maintained. Property manager was responsive and made sure everything was good upon our check in. Overall a great place to stay with family.

Perfect getaway

Great location, clean, quiet, within walking distance to the beach and so many places to eat. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are a nice bonus from the other places we’ve stayed at. The living room and dining areas are spacious. Very comfortable place.

The neighbors in this HOA were super friendly and helpful. Great team from security, front desk, to landscapers. Everyone helped to make this a special getaway week for my family.

Summer getaway

We loved our stay and love the property and its proximity to the beach and harbor. This is our 2nd year going although we stayed in a different unit last year. We love the property grounds, gym and game room. The furniture in this unit wasn’t very comfortable(couch, chairs and outside chairs downstairs) the beds were very comfortable. We were disappointed there was no ice or filtered water in the unit. There was also no way to stream any tv which was a little disappointing but overall not really a necessity. We did love the chairs and cooler for the beach! We will definitely go back.

Perfect for a family stay

Clean and connected to the pool, hot tub, recreation area, and short walk to the ocean. The kids loved hanging out and met others to play with during our stay. Kitchen was equipped with all we needed during our stay and it was private. We loved the layout and the ease of enjoying all the local sites. It was an easy place to find and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood.

Beautiful property in a great location

Just returned from a long weekend trip to Oceanside and we had a great stay at North Shore. The unit has been updated nicely and the property grounds are beautiful. Our kids loved the rec room, the gym is very extensive, and the beach is super close. This property met all of our needs! Thank you.

Amazing Stay at Oceanside North Coast Village

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at North Coast Village. Our condo was immaculate and outfitted with everything that we might need to cook in and enjoy a day at the beach. The property management was very responsive and the security guards were helpful when we checked in. Our children enjoyed playing in the pool until 10 o’clock at night. I think they thought they were in heaven and want to come back and stay here again every year.

Great place for families with teens

Nice large, clean unit. Resort had great heated pool that we used even in March! Great location on beach and within walking distance to everything. There were some repairs in process on master bedroom ceiling/roof that wasn’t disclosed in marketing post. Property landscaping was also being redone to add another hot tub so much of the property looked like construction site. No noise issues related to this but a bit disappointing. Owner was easy to work with and gave us a discount, which seemed fair.

Perfect for my family of five to enjoy the California sunshine. Close to the zoo and lego world which we took well advantage of as well as the grounds that are extremely well maintained. Lots of eateries and stores to walk to in the marina and downtown Oceanside. Highly recommend if cleanliness and space for a family is at the top of your list along with being near the beach/ocean. Looking forward to trying to plan another visit to the west coast!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our needs. Kitchen was well stocked, with the exception of a large pot for boiling pasta. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Conveniently located to everything in the area. Not having an A/C system was a bit awkward for this FL girl. With the windows open it was definitely cool enough. However, I didn't feel comfortable enough to leave the upstairs screen door open during the night, as it didn't lock and anyone could access the room from the roof! So using the fan was definitely needed at night. The trash can cabinet door needs to be fixed, as one of the screws was coming loose making the door not close properly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Penthouse at the North Coast Village

We really enjoy staying at, North Coast Village. The Village is always clean and quiet even in the afternoons when you think people will be in the pool and jacuzzi partying it up. This never happens because of the family orientation of the place. They have rulesanf regulations, to help control that but I haven't heard that they have ever had to enforce them. The landscaping of the complex is awesome, you dont even feel like your un a city. Another great thing about this place is its within walking distance to everything, the beach is just a few steps away, the marina is about 1/4 mile away with great bars and restaurants. The Oceanside Peir is about 3/4 to a mile away and that same area you will find all kinds of restaurants and bars to enjoy. If your up to it, its about anouther half mile walk to main street, where you will find anything and everything your heart desires... all kinds of shopping from new to old. We have stayed at North Coast Village over a dozen times and never had a bad experience! We all ways recommend this place to our friends and family to stay. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed!!!

Great condo

We loved our condo. Ours was 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Master suite was upstairs. Very nicely furnished and 2 balconies that you can see the ocean. When I originally booked, it made it seem we were RIGHT on the beach based on the picture. That wasn’t the case. It was a 5-7 minute walk so it wasn’t horrible. Gym was clean and taken care of. Parking was tight for our Yukon and trying to fit through the gate. That was the biggest downfall. Laundry room was great. Overall experience was great.

Good stay but misleading Priceline listing.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked through Priceline- I had saw this condo before and thought it would be a great fit but I couldn’t find a website to book direct. I booked the “holiday home” with a fireplace, sauna, and toiletries. Turns out the sauna is shared by everyone- I wouldn’t have cared, but how the listing is currently it’s as if it’s in your own home. Also listing said toiletries would be provided so we didn’t pack them, and the first day we were there we had to go buy them. Getting ahold of the condos was complicated as I first had to go though Priceline and then a regional management company. There were 5 beach towels for our entire stay- I ended up ordering more on Amazon and having them delivered to locker nearby. Still did laundry 3X- I appreciate that there’s a laundry room on site. Wagons you could rent to families for sand toys, boogie boards, towels, chairs, water, etc would be a great idea. Our walk to beach was a little long from our complex. We loved the heated pool and hot tub and used them daily. Maintenance seems to keep building running smoothly and the grounds are beautiful and tropical. Would have liked more keys as our teens wanted to do some exploring themselves. Overall good stay.
