Ideally located near Aix-en-Provence and fantastic sites for hiking, swimming or cultural visits, our 2700 ft2 house is ideal for accommodating a family of 8 to 9 people or friends wishing to spend relaxing time.
The 32000 ft2 beautifull garden has a 40x15 ft swimming pool, protected by an immersed roller shutter, with a large terrace and toilets, and a petanque pitch.

Ground floor: you will find on this level a large living area with a fully equipped open kitchen & dining area, and a living room, opening by large bay windows onto two terraces and breathtaking view to surroundings: having a drink or cooking on the plancha and enjoying your dinner outside, under the pergolas, will quickly become a habit!
A second independent living room is also available on this level, with a sofa, armchair and TV, and a bathroom, with walk-in shower and separate toilets.

Upper level: this floor offers 4 bedrooms. A master suite overlooking the property with a queen bed, a dressing, a walk-in shower and separate toilets. Three more bedrooms, one with a queen bed, a second with a double bed and a third with 2 single beds plus a bunk bed.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and a toilet, one with a tub, and a separate toilet.

The house is very bright, well insulated and, of course, can be refreshed thanks to the cooling floor which will make your stay very comfortable even if it is very hot outside.

Miscellaneous:
Our house is non-smoking. It is not made for very young children: there is not barriers around the swimming pool and the stair railing to the upper floor is very light (see photos). You will stay in a quiet environnement so parties are not allowed.
We thank you in advance for taking care of our cat, which also means that pets are not allowed.
