Indulge in the unforgettable steam shower with blue tooth speakers, multiple jets and luxe bath toiletries provided. You’ll find beautiful furnishings including theater seats, a King size bed with a heavenly mattress and luxurious 1200 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding, velvet loungers that convert to sleepers, mid century dining furniture and bar seating in front of the full surround panoramic windows. Relax and view the action on Main Street with morning coffee or a refreshment after a day of enjoying the area. The designer kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and keurig, Coffee, tea, accompaniments and bottled water all provided for your stay.

Bed was super comfortable. Great location for exploring Main Street. Had a wonderful brunch at Mister Croissant. Shower was VERY nice. We didn’t get in until after 9:00 so unfortunately our stay was brief. Highly recommend!

In the area for my nephew’s graduation. Loved walking around Warwick and checking out shops.Beautiful accommodations. Very clean, easy check in, comfortable bed. Appreciated the options for coffee and tea. Overall, a great stay.

Located in the heart of Warwick, this property is very convenient for walking to and visiting the lovely village of Warwick. The property is well equipped with all of the conveniences you need for your stay.Having grown up in Warwick, I will definitely stay again while visiting family.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The studio is immaculate, spacious and even nicer in person. I especially appreciated having not just one but 2 full length mirrors! We were in town for a wedding and it made getting ready that much easier. The bed was super comfortable and the location is perfect! It’s very walkable to the shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Host and Property… property was exactly as expected. It’s perfect for a couple, kitchen was completely stocked with everything needed, ice in the freezer and some welcoming beverages. Upon arrival - everything was fresh and clean.It’s perfectly located in downtown Warwick. Restaurants and shopping are all in walking distance. Even a Dunkin Donuts across the street - which is an easy 1 minute walk for coffee - but coffee is provided also with Keurig and a Nespresso - cream and sugar as well. A perfectly laid out space for a couple of days in Warwick - wineries, apple picking, and a very - very friendly community.Highly Recommend checking out this place and staying for a few days.

The Luxe Loft 1 is a beautiful place, meticulously cared for and appointed, and in a prime location to enjoy Warwick, NY. Communication was excellent, check-in directions clear and perfect. I can't wait to rent it again!!

Luxe Studio is amazing!! Our studio was super comfortable and we appreciated the little extras- coffee/espresso machine and items, cold water and drinks. The location is perfect to explore not only Warwick, but the surrounding area as well

Quick trip

Excellent place to stay. Me and my girlfriend had a quick trip and this was a great place to stay. Very cozy and a fun little town. Would definitely come back. And great communication from the owners.

Lovely condo, great location

We loved our stay in Warwick! The condo is located in the center of town, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Everything was perfect in the condo - nicely decorated and clean. Exactly as listed and comfortable. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
