This property is hotel zoned, and not being affected by the recent proposed legislation.

Royal Kahana 1207 located on the top floor with amazing ocean views! This 1 bedroom/1 bath has been fully updated and offers a gorgeous Maui retreat.

As you enter you are immediately drawn to the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to your private lanai. Take in the mesmerizing views of Molokai and the enchanting Maui waters. Catch a whale breaching during season (December - Mid April). Dine al fresco to a magical sunset or sip your morning coffee to the soothing sounds of the waves lapping.

The living area is open and inviting and has been beautifully decorated bringing the feel of the island throughout. A large sectional that converts to a queen sleeper is the perfect spot to curl up and relax after a full day of exploring the island. There is a flat-screen TV and central AC to keep cool.

Dine in! The kitchen is equipped with everything the home chef would need to whip up a quick bite or a full meal. Beautiful dining space with seating for four. Full-size washer/dryer allows for lighter packing.

Drift off for the perfect night's rest! The primary bedroom features a king bed, a large closet, and access to the lanai. The bath offers an exquisitely tiled shower and a separate vanity.

The Royal Kahana Resort offers beautifully landscaped grounds, a grand-sized pool area for guest use, upscale grill stations, and a fitness center on site. Bask in the sun at the pool or on the huge grass lawn, both with clear views of the Pacific. A large sandy beach is just yards away. An activities concierge is available in the lobby to help book your Maui adventures.

Situated between Ka'anapali and Kapalua, you are just moments from dining and shopping. Whaler’s Village in Ka'anapali, and at Kahana Gateway Shopping Center just up the street. Championship golf courses are within a few miles, including Kapalua Plantation Course, which hosts the PGA Tour’s Sentry Tournament of Champions.

The AOAO charges a nightly parking fee of $18 per day plus tax. This fee is paid directly to the front desk when your obtain your parking pass.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

This unit is everything the pictures promise and more. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed is comfortable, and it was very quiet and clean. We enjoyed being able to watch whales from the balcony and even the sofa. Check in was easy and the managing company is very responsive if you need anything during your stay.

The condo was extremely clean, had everything we needed, including beach chairs. The washer and dryer were full size, something you don't normally get and it has a great refrigerator with an ice maker. The bed was very comfortable and beautiful views.

Great place to stay on the west side

Great accommodations in a good location. Full kitchen will most things you could need. Beach supplies included, though an umbrella would be a good add.

The property is true to the website photos. The view from our Lanai was spectacular and having a unit on the 12th Floor, which is the highest floor, was a bonus! We would stay here again.

Beautiful ocean view and lovely accommodations!

The unit was as expected and the view was exceptional. Turtles were easily spotted throughout the day from the lanai. Our unit was decorated in with a classy theme and very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect!

This was the perfect spot for a short getaway to Maui to celebrate our wedding anniversary! My husband and I absolutely loved the property and location, and the rental itself was very clean, beautifully updated, and the oceanfront views were incredible. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us and we would definitely love to come back and stay here again!

Whale watching in comfort

The condo was wonderful. We were able to watch whales while drinking coffee and eating banana bread on the lanai. The furnishings are all updated and the bed was very comfortable. We had a incredible first time visit to Maui. Hope to return!

First time visit to Maui!

This was our first time to visit Maui. Enjoyed the condo’s location on the beach and to all that Lahaina has to offer. The condo itself had everything we needed for our comfort and meals in. We really enjoyed turtle watching from the lanai.

Amazing Ocean Views & Clean!!!

We had an excellent stay at the Royal Kahana! Staff were friendly and the room was big and very clean. We had everything we needed. Building was older, but our room was completely updated. The ocean views are incredible!! We also liked the location. Less than 10 minutes to Ka’anapali and Napili and Kapalua. Would stay here again!

Primetime condo

Lovely 12th floor condo with amazing waterfront view of Molokai. We saw turtles swimming from the lanai every day. The condo is clean, comfortable and nicely updated and includes beach chairs, towels, small coolers, The in-unit washer/dryer allowed us to pack light. Would definitely stay here again!

Maui Paradise

This was my first time to Maui and it was wonderful. The condo was comfortable and the views were incredible. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Loved all the plastic containers for our snacks and food to take to the golf courses. The pool could use some maintenance along the edging where the tile was missing and there appeared to be algae growing.
