This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home built in 1900 is located on Prince George Street, one block from Annapolis City Dock and Gate 1 (main gate) of the US Naval Academy. Filled with sunlit, spacious rooms and equipped with numerous amenities (including gas fireplace), this home can sleep up to 8 (on 4 beds in the 3 bedrooms and 1 futon in a private room in the finished basement) and offers a combination of location and charm that is hard to beat!

Home has 3 spacious bedrooms that feature 2 queens, 2 twins, and a rollaway bed. There is also a private room in the basement equipped with a futon. The living room has a fully functional gas fireplace - perfect for staying cozy in the colder months. There is a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware, basic spices and oils, Keurig coffee maker (with complementary K-cups), and blender. The back patio offers a sitting and eating area as well as a grill for cooking outdoors, and the front porch, which faces attractive Prince George Street, is the ideal place for your morning coffee. Washer and dryer are available to guests as are two smart TVs, both set up with YouTube TV. The top floor offers a secluded working space and reading nook with a partial view of downtown Annapolis and the dome of the USNA Chapel — perfect for those looking for a quiet spot.

There is a ring doorbell camera on the front of the house to protect the safety and security of guests.

The house was fantastic. The location, cleanliness, amenities, everything was great. The beds were really comfortable and absolutely anything you might need was there for you; a well stocked kitchen with snacks and food fresh and available on your arrival… so thoughtful. The host was very responsive and helpful, and checkin/checkout was really simple. I am looking forward to the next time I can stay here.

Mom/Daughters weekend

Our stay in Annapolis was great. The house is in a great location and was both clean and so comfortable. Rob and Libby are excellent hosts in that they make the house so welcoming and provide the extra touches that truly make you feel at home. The house has plenty of space to relax and is very convenient to walk downtown and to the water. Could not have asked for a better place for my daughters and I to explore Annapolis and also just have time away. Would recommend and would stay again on a future visot

All the comforts of Home!

My family stayed at this perfectly located property and celebrated my mid's birthday. The house had everything we could have wanted and then some. It is inviting, charming and perfect for a family to spend time in Annapolis! Already asked to stay there again.

Weddings weekend

There were 4 of us in town for a wedding. This home was PERFECT!! Very clean, beautifully decorated, awsome comfortable quaint feel. Stocked with small pantry items that was perfect for our weekend. The location could not be better. Just around the corner from downtown. We all would 1000% recommend.

Charming Clean and Central

This property is perfectly located a block from the Navy Academy and just around the corner from the harbor and all the shops and restaurants. It was immaculately CLEAN and filled with charming decor and lovely live flowers and plants on the front porch and back deck. Tons of attention to details! We will be back!!

Fantastic Experience!

Clean and stocked with everything you need. Very well thought out with attentive, friendly owners. We felt at home immediately. This home is VERY nice! No deception with this one - lovely just like the pics!

The house was inviting, well-appointed in a perfect location providing access to Annapolis Main Street. Clean. Well thought out. Loved the way they kept their rental like they lived there. Tasteful, clean, beds were fantastic! Impressed by the kitchen equipped with everything for meal prep and the linens and toiletries were “ spot on” Fabulous upgrades to modernize while maintaining the integrity of a 120 year-old home. There were a couple of issues host might want to address: 1. "Reserved" Parking space for vehicle: on 1st night - didn't know that valet parking at hotel ended at 11pm so when we got back had to park on the street and get up early to move car to avoid being towed. 2nd evening - the hotel had a wedding and no available spots again - wedding out of control of host but maybe look for more reliable/viable options for guest 2. Smoke alarm in 3rd floor bedroom is located at door of bathroom - went off both mornings due to steam from shower.

Location and Lovely

My new favorite spot for boat show lodging! I’ve been working the boat show for years and this is now my favorite place to stay. Recently updated, lovely amenities, responsive property manager. Already booked for next year! Highly recommend for anyone coming to visit Annapolis.

Clean and convenient!

This house is so charming and in such a great location to be able to take advantage of all of the sights in Annapolis! Our family stayed here while visiting for a USNA football game and we would definitely book this home again. It is updated, clean, well-appointed and the owners are very nice. You can tell this owner cares about providing a great experience for their guests!

Perfect location for visiting USNA

What a great property! Perfect location to walk to the Academy and to Downtown. The house has great amenities from outdoor seating and grill in backyard perfect for dinners to the front porch for morning coffee. Will stay here again.
