This newly remodeled 3-bedroom home has a custom built pool and spa, and is nestled in a quite safe cul-de-sac. Located minutes away from grocery stores, downtown Havasu, and 4 minutes from the Lake Havasu State Park Launch.
The space
Casa Linda offers a clean and modern Bohemian ascetic with all the amenities to feel right at home.
*12 Guests max occupancy is recommended for families traveling with children. Please message us directly if your party includes children and you would like us to consider your reservation at our max occupancy.
Master Bedroom
Enjoy a restful night’s sleep on our Lux King memory foam mattress from Pottery Barn. White fresh linens and hotel quality pillows will ensure the feeling of a five-star resort. Suitcase racks, 6 drawer dresser, and walk-in closet offer you all the storage space you need. Also, features a ceiling fan for added comfort.
Master Bathroom
Newly remodeled bathroom featuring an oversized beach entry shower with dual showerheads. The 16” rain showerhead pours down from above making this one of our favorite amenities in the home.
Queen Bedroom
Modern Bohemian décor with reading area and 6 drawer dresser make this room an inviting resting place for additional guests. Our queen Sealy pillow top mattress is encased with lux white linens and hotel quality pillows for a restful night away. This room easily accommodates the pack and play at the foot of the bed if necessary for travelling families. Also, features a ceiling fan for added comfort.
Third Bedroom
Our third bedroom features a double set of bunk beds and one trundle. This means at total of 5 beds. 2 full size beds both bottom bunks, 2 twin size beds both top bunks and a 3rd twin that pulls out underneath one of the bunks. This room is very spacious with a double closet, luggage racks, and a 4 drawer dresser offered for storage. Also, features a ceiling fan for added comfort while featuring an enclosed blade design for child safety.
Second Bathroom
Newly remodeled bathroom features bathtub and plenty of storage for toiletries.
Coffee/Bar Station
We created the perfect spot to start your morning in or mix the perfect drink. You can expect to find K-Cups for our Keurig or ground coffee for the traditional drip coffee maker. This area also houses a beverage refrigerator that can hold up to 120 canned beverages.
OUTSIDE
Pool – Newly built 7 ft. deep pool with waterfall features, and plenty of in pool seating. Built in table with umbrella sleeve adds the perfect spot to sit and take in the view. Baja Shelf features our hotel grade lounge chairs by Ledge Lounger with built in umbrella sleeve. The perfect way to take in the sun and stay cool.
Spa - In our opinion this may be our best outdoor feature. This oversized infinity spa is the place to relax. Built with dual powered jets strategically placed throughout the walls and floors of the spa to have the ultimate experience.
Fire Pit –
Slip into an Adirondack chair and unwind. We realized that this is not a feature that may be used year-round but we wanted to create opportunities for you to relax and enjoy during any season.

We want to make sure that Casa Linda has everything you need to make it feel as comfortable as home or better. During your stay you will have access to these additional items:

Everything except owners storage cabinets in garage and storage shed in backyard. * GARAGE DOOR IS CURRENTLY OUT OF ORDER. A REPLACEMENT IS BACKORDERED BUT THE INSTALLATION IS EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETED LATE MAY. YOU STILL HAVE ACCESS TO GARAGE FROM HOUSE AND 2 SIDE DOORS. ONE DOOR OPENS TO SIDE DRIVEWAY FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING.

Basic Rules:
For your convenience we have provided a Welcome Book with instructions on operating all amenities and additional information to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please take the time to read " House Rules" in its entirety located on the listing page to avoid any loss or deductions from your security deposit upon checkout.
Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay in the home. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and cancellation of your stay with no refund.
Must be at least 24 years old to rent this property. Due to insurance purposes this home cannot be rented to anyone under the age of 24. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. You must rent the home for yourself and your guests. Non-compliance to these rules will result in immediate cancellation to your stay.
Outdoor cameras are located along the perimeter of the outside of the house with visibility of all outdoor common areas, entries, courtyard, backyard, driveway and outside of garage. The privacy and security of our guests are of the the upmost importance and while these cameras are not used to monitor or intrude on your stay they can be accessed to verify occupancy , “Quiet Hours" and house rule compliance. Guest(s) may not disconnect or tamper with exterior security cameras. If disconnected or tampered with, the contract will terminate immediately with no refunds. A single camera is located in the garage for added security.
City Quiet time is defined as 10:00 pm - to 8:00 am. Please be mindful of excessive noise during these hours. If Law enforcement is called due to any disturbance including but not limited to Loud, Music , fireworks, etc. it will be reported and may interfere with you ability to obtain future reservations.
Heating Pool - Spa heating is included with stay. Please Inquiry about pool heating as prices may vary due to market price of propane.
We are a non-smoking/Vaping home.
No pets allowed (No Exceptions) $500 fine
