No jumping off the wall along the fence into the pool. The stucco will cut your feet. No loud music. No glass outside. stay off gravel in the front
Pls do not take towels to lake. You’ll be charged for missing items. $65 for pool towels and $40 for mugs.
If over max occupancy you will be charged additional fee per person. Pls check before booking. No pets please - carpet cleaning will apply.

Our stay at this VRBO in Lake Havasu was excellent. The house was beautiful, very comfortable, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The backyard was especially relaxing and made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly helpful and even remotely turned the spa on and off for us, which was such a nice touch and greatly appreciated.The only downside was that the driveway is very steep, so just something to be aware of. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Thanks for review. We glad you enjoyed the stay. I agree the driveway is steep but we do have boat accomadations at the bottom of the driveway for those that want to park their boat on property. :) We look forward to you returning.

Perfect house for a long weekend

This house was beautifully decorated and comfortable for my family. The pool was perfect after a long day on the lake. We will definitely be coming back again!

Amazing weekend getaway

The house was absolutely beautiful and the pool/hot tub were amazing! My husband and I plus 4 of our children absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t have picked a better property. Diana was very kind, helpful and responsive plus went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.

Great place!

This is such a nice house and a really convenient location, just a couple minutes from the State Park entrance on Industrial. The pool is really nice and the inside is very comfortable. I had no issues with anything. The only thing to watch out for is the steepness of the driveway, but it’s no big deal. For sure going to stay here again.

Havasu House

The pictures and descriptions match exactly. This is the cleanest house I have ever rented. Immaculate! The owner made perfect use of the backyard, the space is very pretty and clean. Pool is beautiful. The home was very quiet and comfortable at night, we got excellent sleep. Very conveniently located to everything Havasu! We will rent this house every time we are in town!

House was as described. Back yard, pool and spa were great. Everything in the house worked. Diana the host was responsive to any requests/questions. Centrally located and easy to get around.

AMAZING STAY!!!

I had a wonderful time here. Place was so clean and such a pleasure to stay. Communication with property owners was so pleasant as well. They answered all my questions quickly. The pool and Jacuzzi mixed with outside TV created the perfect vibes we were looking for. BBQ grill for some late night cooking was great. The location is awesome as well, only 6 minutes away from where everything is at on London bridge. Me and my guests loved the home. I will definitely rent again.
