Nice place in a beautiful location!

Everything was as described and met all my expectations! The was very responsive and I was happy with the ease of this rental process! The location was perfect and the VRBO was clean and cozy! Thank you so much and I will look to stay with you again on my next trip to Long Beach!

Amazing location!

Unit was just as pictured, very clean & well decorated. The best part is the location which is super close to the beach & so nice as we didn’t have a car- easy to walk to restaurants too!

Quaint Girly Pop Beach Stay

Convenient location, Starbucks coconut coffee and ample amount of cushions and bedding. Parking space is a little tight.

Great location

Perfect little place for a weekend at the beach! A friend of mine and our two toddler age boys stayed. The air mattress provided was great for us moms as there was a heatwave and we gave the boys the room with the AC unit.

Vacation Getaway - July 23

The property was as listed - clean and tidy. It was about a block off the beach and a few blocks from 2nd Street. We enjoyed our stay. The Neiborhood was clean and quiet. I would recommend to others.

February trip to Long Beach

The location was perfect and the host answered all questions quickly. Adding the actual street address to the description and noting that it is a second story walk-up apartment might be helpful. Will stay here again the next time we are out visiting our son if it is available.

One week stay for son's 13th bday

Exactly as listed. Very close to beach, grocery store, dining and shopping. We are walkers so didn't use a car and only used Uber twice other than airport transfer.

Such a great unit & host!

The unit was clean & well taken care of & Hanh was a great host, super responsive &add an early check in so easy!! The unit was quite warm so we left the windows open and brought in little fans and that helped a lot!! The parking spot was such a nice bonus in a parking constrained neighborhood!!!

Cute apartment close to the beach

Hanh’s property was as described. I was very happy with all the fans. She was on point with communication. The only problem was the parking. I got “love notes” from the neighbors - even though I was in the spot designated.

Sleeping capacity mis leading

Location good, very cozy but i wish they would of re stocked sugar packs (only a handful of splenda was available) and no tea options or creamer like at other places ive stayed in. Also description says sleeps 5 BUT that was not the case...4 people would be more accurate and thats pushing it because a foldable mattress that was available was NOT the business. It was filthy!

Family beach trip

Overall nice stay. Matched the listing description for the most part. Really nice having the air conditioner. We got to town super late and the area seemed really sketchy when we arrived. Lots of homeless in the alleys, but during the day things were fine and looked okay. Condo was very clean except the floors were filthy. My 9 month olds legs were black from crawling on the floor. We couldn’t find any extra towels. We were given 4 big towels, 1 hand bath towel, one kitch towel, and 1 wash cloth. It would’ve been nice to have another towel or two and more wash cloths

When we finally found the parking spot,we walked to the apartment down the walkway between the buildings and it smelled of marijuana . As I walked passed an apartment with the door opened slightly, I witnessed a male sitting on the couch smoking a joint. At 6:00 a.m. there was homeless people going through the garbage cans. On Friday night the tenant next to us was having a family get together that included crying kids and a barking dog. This place only sleeps 3,not 5. The location was fine if you can handle the homeless people sleeping in the alley and the inconsiderate tenants. This place is not for kids and was overpriced .

Host was quick to respond and provided simple, clear directions to the unit.The apartment was in the perfect location and took less than a 10 min walk to 2nd Street with all the restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Another pro is that the unit came with parking. The walls are a bit thin so you can slightly hear neighbors but the neighborhood is very quiet overall. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the place! Very clean, very quiet. Located near a grocery store, 7-11 or gas station. Close to ocean bike/walk path. We had a awesome week!

Great location in Long Beach

Unit was exactly as listed - updated, cute, very clean, The bed was super comfy. Check-in and communication with property manager were excellent. The kitchen was stocked with bare essentials - 4 sets of plates, bowls, glasses, 1 medium pot, 2 fry pans, 2 cookie sheets, silverware, serving utensils - so ok for quick meals; however, there was no toaster, bake wear, serving bowls, strainer, large pots so not suitable for making big meals. Perfect if you plan to eat most meals out!

Immediately disappointed

This property is listed as sleeping for 5 people. There is 1 queen bed, 1 futon that is not big enough to sleep 2 people and 4 inch sleep mat for the floor. Although the sleep pad was more comfortable than the futon. Property is great for 2 people. The charm is that it is located close to the beach, but there is no cleaning equipment to take care of the sand that you bring back from the beach. There were 5 towels total, no beach towels, no beach chairs. Also not adequate space to hang towels so that they would be dry for the next use. Instructions were not given to access the property or for parking until they were requested the day of arrival. There is no way to stop other people from parking in designated parking spot. There were no sheets for the futon or sleep pad and had to be requested and special delivered in order for more than 2 people to have bedding for the night. Again this property is listed for 5 people but there are 4 chairs for dining and 4 sets of dishes. This place is not designed or equipped for 5 people. The clothes washer leaked. There are flies everywhere due to close quarters and trash bins surrounding the back of the property.

Buen y bonito departamento, pero no para 5 personas

El departamento es muy lindo y cómodo y la ubicación es excepcional, sin embargo tuvimos un par de problemas. La primera noche el colchón inflable se desinfló, lo que hizo pasar una muy mala noche, aunque Hanh lo solucionó a la brevedad, generó falta de confort. Por otro lado, en el departamento pueden efectivamente dormir 5 personas ya que hay un futon y otro colchón , pero por ejemplo en la cocina no hay suficientes utensilios para 5 personas, hay solo una olla y un sartén, lo que imposibilita cocinar, platos y cubiertos hay para 4 personas. Cuando reservé se me señaló que la unidad contaba con todas las comodidades, sin embargo, creo que si bien es posible que duerman 5 personas, no está pensado para esa cantidad.
