STR 2025-0153 This 3 bedroom and 2 bath condo is almost ready for your getaway. With two living areas and a great dining room , plus eat up bar for five, your family and friends will have lots of space to gather. From the third floor check out the center courtyard with the pool or the bay while sitting on the patio. A quick 7 minute walk to the beach access, visiting the Sea Turtles or heading to Clayton's.

A Home Away From Home

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental. The process to check in and check out was effortlessly! The rental was super clean and had plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals.

Excellent central location on the island

This is a wonderful property. With plenty of space for our family of 5, it was just what we needed for a beach vacation away from the early spring blizzard in Wisconsin. The kitchen is great with new appliances. The beach is in walking distance and they provide a beach wagon and all the beach accessories. The pool and hot tub were great and well maintained.

The condo was spotless, had extra sheets and blankets if needed. It was great having the ceiling fans in living areas and master bedroom. Easy to talk with host, her response was quick. The view was towards the bay. Needed to walk couple blocks to beach which was easy. The only things that it needed is new microwave and some casserole dishes for oven and couple bowls for microwave to heat things up in. It was a wonderful and relaxing time we so enjoyed ourselves.

Logistics

It was very clean and nicely decorated. But, Entering and exiting is difficult to say the least. You CANNOT enter property if someone else is exiting so then you have to reverse on a busy street. The parking lot is very narrow. The property boasts walking distance to beach, yet exiting property as a pedestrian is difficult when not given proper instructions. There is a button we had to discover on our own because the manager told us to just stand where a vehicle would and then the gate would open… it didn’t. Kitchen tools for cooking are sub par. All the pans made food stick

Beautiful place

Beautifully kept place. Modernized and clean. Owner provides accommodations for family and kids. Plenty of sleeping area. It's a really nice place, and you won't regret your stay.

We have been hosting for more than 7 years at a variety of properties. We are excited about this new one right on South Padre Island for your beach getaway. Our goal is to make your vacation exactly that - a relaxing time with no worries.

This property is really unique in that it is a not only a 3 bedroom, but two living areas as well. We make sure to keep it stocked with all the basic necessites so you aren't arriving and needing to head to the store immediately for things like soap, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc. Everythig is also NEW!! We are finishing remodeling and refreshing this space to feel clean and a place to be comfortable in with all the amenities.

2 living areas so people can lounge comofortably and with a second living room you might sneak away to read a book or watch your shows on your personal device. Have a small area for the kids to play while the adults are in the main living room! The patio has a gorgeous, unobstructed view of the bay. We have a great sitting area for several people to enjoy their time.
