Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from your balcony and private beach access to North Beach. Your Condo will have a well-equipped kitchenette, cleaning supplies, basic toiletries, and pool toys. A full-sized bed, sofa sleeper, and bunk beds suitable for kids. Close proximity to local dining, USS Lexington, Amerian Bank Center, Hurrican Alley Waterpark, Whataburger Field, Texas State Aquarium, and much more. Minutes away from Downtown!

During your visit please do not leave the balcony door open for long periods of time, the A/C will freeze up.

Take out all trash and wash used dishes.

My family enjoyed our stay

Family of 5 (2 adults with 3 kids) we stayed 5 nights and enjoyed it. There was some construction at the building but the condo itself was not affected. 2 pools on the property was definitely a plus for my kids. Private beach access was lovely. The condo was lovely, we felt very much at home. Thank you George for allowing us to stay in your condo!

Nice condo, location iffy

Condo was very nice. Location was away from most of the action. Building was under renovation so construction noise was a factor.

This condo is just as advertised. Very Cozy, the family said the beds are comfortable. Easy in, easy out very much hassle free. Thank you very much to the owner for excellent communication with us. The next time we are in the area we will hit you up. 5 star from us. Darrell

Great vacation

Where to start? The property location was amazing, only steps from the beach. There are 2 pools on the property, both were clean and well cared for. Although the property itself is older, this unit was updated and clean, and the hosts had all things offered that we didn't need to go to the store. The night we arrived, out TV's were not working. I contacted the host, who came out the next morning to help us get them programmed to HDMI1. They were kind and gracious and thanked us for our patience. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.
