The development has direct access to the beach, a pool, a common area, elevators, parking, 24-hour security, a snack bar, internet, among others.

This condo has a maximum capacity for 6 people.

The Space:
The beach is what makes this development unique, Playa las Gemelas (twins) is one of the best beaches in the bay.

Guest Access:
In the common area and pool area there is a snack bar/restaurant service, as well as room service.
Throughout this area you will have access to free Wi-Fi internet.

The Neighborhood:
This is a very quiet tourist area (South Hotel Zone) and very safe.

Getting Around:
The development is located right in front of a bus stop that can transport you to the city center, which is about 15 minutes away, and next door is a hotel that has a taxi stand available 24 hours a day.

Interaction with Guests:
We have a concierge service in case you require any extra service, likewise the property manager is available 24/7 in case of any emergency in the condominium.

Loved the venue

Lots of initial problems - the dishwasher didn't work properly (never did) and the fridge didn't have either water or ice as on the door - never got fixed but the manager said they'll be replacing - toilet seat was broken and then replaced - water was suspended for a whole day - but the place was great and our property manager, Cesar couldn't have been more responsive - whatever was wrong, he managed to work something out - the cleaning lady came everyday, which was great - also, there was no unit "book" with instructions on how to use the appliances etc.. Would have been helpful with general information about the area. (he is working to put that together) Also, it is right next to an all inclusive which entertains it's guests with terrible singers and bands but that ends by 10 - The unit could use a real upgrade but the layout was great and we loved it, despite the issues..

Perfect get a way

This place was everything we needed and more. Great location, beautiful scenery, and our own beach just footsteps away. We couldnt have asked for anything better

Unit wasn't the the one we payed for!!!

Went down to Puerto Vallarta to celebrate a birthday. We selected the unit we stayed at because of the 3 Master bedrooms and the views. When we arrived unit wasn't ready and host told us "if we could wait longer to check in". When we return to check in we got another unit because according to host other unit was damaged by previous tenants. Unit did have 3 bedrooms but not king units. What we payed for! We where told couldn't get another unit because it was the last one left. After getting into the unit we found out that there was no water!! After waiting 2 hrs to settle in we had to wait another hr for water. When the water was turned on we also found out that the hot water was not working!!! Bummer, host couldn't fix it that day so we went with out hot water for 2 days. They finally fixed it sometime the following day!!! Other things in the unit that didn't work where the TV's phones and wifi!! It also didn't help that host was not on site. Our first time using VRBO, we reached out to them and explained our situation hopefully we can get something back!!!!!!!!
