2 Primary living areas, both fully furnished with seating and smart LED TVs. Game/Card Table and Foosball Table
Fully stocked Kitchen
Dining Table with 8 seats and 4 barstools

No Parties or Events, Guest limit of 11
No Smoking (any evidence of smoking will result in loss of deposit and any incremental charges necessary)
4 Vehicle limit, must fit on driveway as no street parking allowed
QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am, at all times audio from property should not be discernible beyond property lines
Please note that external video & audio recording in place, and internal volume monitoring via NoiseAware
All guests must be registered
Pets are NOT allowed
Any damages of furniture & appliances will be charge to the guest
Please clean as you go
Please bag all trash and put in green trash bin in garage.

POOL RULES
All guests should be capable of swimming, and assume all risk.
No jumping or diving into the pool. Pool is only 5ft deep in middle and 3.5 feet on each end.
No running around edge of pool
Please ensure pool light is turned off
