Your professionally decorated mountain modern chic getaway.

We updated our place in early 2022 with all new, modern furniture and décor. Only steps away from the bus or a 10 min walk to the gondola and base area. If you're looking for that Scandinavian mountain modern feel, this is the place for you!

The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit, each with their own full bathrooms which provides plenty of privacy.

The shared space has a large dining room table that seats 6 as well as a sectional sofa and additional seating in the living room.

The kitchen is very spacious with plenty of room and kitchenware to cook a large meal after a day of skiing.

The attached garage has space to store all your gear and keep your vehicle out of the snow. There is also a second reserved parking spot in front of the garage and several shared spots for the complex that are first come first serve.

Good location on west side of town, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Modern appliances and comfortable beds. Nicer than the pictures!

Enjoyable Steamboat Condo

Condo is conveniently located within minutes of walking/biking trails, the main village for skiing, and quick access to all that is happening downtown Steamboat. Condo is well appointed, very clean, and comfortable. We visited over the July 4th weekend to mountain bike, tube the Yampa River and take in all of the weekend facilities happening in the valley. Very happy with the condo, and our stay. Thank you!

Outstanding in every way

We had such a fantastic time in Steamboat and this condo was perfect base for all of our activities. Great layout with private bedrooms/bathrooms on either side of the floor plan. Large kitchen nicely stocked and open to the living area which was comfortably furnished surrounding a cozy gas fireplace. Bedrooms had comfortable beds and quality Brooklinen bedding. Plenty of good bath towels and closets with dressers. VERY clean and stocked with basics+ Thanks to Lex and Kat for being great hosts—can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful, Cozy Condo!

We had a wonderful time in this condo for a week of skiing. Great location, close to the bus stop, not far from the base. The condo is warm, cozy, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and immaculate. The kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. We have stayed in vrbo's for 19 years and this is one of the best! Thank you Alexis for your wonderful communication in answering all of my questions prior to our visit. And...thank you for sharing your beautiful space....we had a wonderful time! Debbie and Joe

The drive into Steamboat from Rabbit Ears Pass is magical. If you have the opportunity to arrive/leave at sunrise or sunset you'll know why we chose Steamboat as our mountain home away from home.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Like you, we have stayed at LOTS of vacation rentals in the mountains. While they have their own charm, a lot of them are the same look..... Old overstuffed wood furniture, lots of plaid and wood carvings and usually some overused kitchenware. We treat this home like our own because... it is! So we put in all the modern touches and design elements that we(and hopefully you too!) love.
