Great vacation

This property is well taken care of. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were the perfect size. It is a lovely place to stay. It was a 5 minute walk to Coki beach. 2 minute walk to MargaritaVille. Close to the ferry to go to St. John’s and I highly recommend taking the trip. It was a perfect place for our family and we are very grateful it was available! Thank you

Amazing stay!

The house was well stocked and so comfortable, we all felt right at home the entire stay. The front patio has a lovely garden to view as you eat and cook. Overall, my family was very comfortable and happy here! We love this house and recommend it to anyone visiting St Thomas.Thank you B and Marianne for the wonderful stay and Hoo!

Great place to stay!

The condo itself has plenty of room and had everything we could ever need for the time we were there. So spacious that my kids and I each had our own full bath attached to our bedrooms. The only disappointing thing for us was that the beach that was steps away was not swimmable.

Wonderful stay

Overall, we had a nice stay at the condo. The unit was spacious and up to date. There are coolers, beach chairs and pool noodles available for use. Margaritaville’s beach is not useable but coki is a quick walk.

Best vacation ever

Everything about this property is fantastic. We should ayes here for six nights and enjoyed everything about our accommodations. We were met at the property by the manager that showed us around and how to run all of appliances. The villa is very centrally located near several beaches and restaurants. The walled patio was perfect for privacy and to corral our young grandchildren where we felt safe. The adjacent Margaritaville had nightly entertainment which we enjoyed. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent stay

Overall, we had an excellent stay at this property. The condo is clean and comfortable. The community pool was beautiful -- large and never crowded, with plenty of lounge chairs and places to sit in both sun and shade. Parking was easy and it was nice to have a car both for excursions (jet ski rentals, snorkel trips) as well as to get groceries and go to restaurants in Red Hook. A couple notes/caveats: if you are sensitive to light, bring a sleep mask. The curtains in the bedrooms are not light-blocking and there are some windows in the bedrooms without any coverings. Also, when we arrived, the air conditioning in one bedroom was not working and there was no hot water. It was over a weekend/Christmas holiday, so it took a little while to get fixed, but the owner was super responsive and got it done. By the time we were leaving, a week later, the air conditioning in two of the bedrooms seemed to be struggling a bit, but it was good enough with the ceiling fans. Still, we would happily return to this property. It was a very nice place and the owners were very prompt and responsive in communicating and responding to any concerns.

Very nice place with a lot of space. Nice pool onsite and easy to get to local beaches. Restaurant at the resort next door within walking distance.

Fantastic Condo for Family

We had a great time here over the Christmas holidays. The owners were very responsive and the property manager met us on Christmas Eve to get us checked in. The only thing we didn’t find was pot holders but we got that fixed right away. The condo was exactly as described and the weather was beautiful considering is was 22 when we left home , you can ask for much more. Previous guests must have left a few staples and once we realized how expensive items are we opted to leave some of the items in the pantry or fridge rather than toss them. There was also sunscreen and aloe plus shampoo and conditioner from previous guests which we found while looking for the hair dryer. I would definitely stay here again if we get a chance to visit again. I will say don’t be surprised when your map directs you to the Margaritaville Resort- just go through the security gate and turn left before the Margaritaville main building. It was nice to be able to use all of the Margaritaville shops, restaurants and beach but if you walk about 7-10 mins you can visit Coki Beach which is so much nicer- take the walk!!!

Great location with lots of room

Property was just as advertised, with lots of room for the 6 of us. Short walking distance to Coki beach with great snorkeling. Margarita I’ll is a few doors down with great drinks. I would absolutely com here again

We were very happy with our stay. It was more spacious than we had anticipated and the pool was very accessible and huge. The owner provided great beach suggestions, as well as, where best to pick up groceries during our stay. She was on point with follow-up information whenever requested as well.

Great central location

Loved it here!! Spacious living area and kitchen along with 3 large bedroom suites. Separate laundry area was great also. Very private and personal space outside. Enjoyed coffee , breakfast, barbecue s and late night fun right outside your door. Neighbors were great as well. Coki beach was our go-to. Made many local friends there. Red hook is 5 minute drive for St. John’s ferry as well as night life and great food and fun everywhere. Hooked is best breakfast place . Sooo goood! My 4 th year in st Thomas and would love to come back right here

Clean, spacious, great base

This was a great base location and property for a stay in Saint Thomas! Everything is as the photos depict - clean and beautiful, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. For our family of 6 people, it was such a bonus to have 4 showers available after beaching!! We had problems with the shower water temperature which were corrected very soon after we asked for assistance, so I would say the hosts are very attentive and friendly. Condo is located on Margaritaville property - Margaritaville restaurant we ate at for convenience our first night and it was the most expensive meal we had in St Thomas - look elsewhere if you can (the place that is recommended that is a short walk on the beach was practicaly full and no table had food on it so we judged it to be a no go. There is an awesome little take-away buffet style local food joint right next to a convenience store that I wish I had known about - that was some of the most delicious food and it is not on yelp or anything - that would have been the perfect easy first night food. Hotel beach is suffering from seaweed issues, but other local beaches are nearby and gorgeous. We'd absolutely stay here again were we to come to St Thomas!

Great Place

This Condo has the perfect setup for a family to stay at. The property was very clean and it had everything there to make your stay enjoyable. Utensils, dishes, plates, pots & pans were all easily accessible and in great condition. I would love to stay there again.

I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed June 7-16, 2021 with my husband and four children ages 7-16. Very spacious villa on secure property. Great pool. Had it ourselves most times. The property manager Nadine and staff were very helpful. Minor issue with dishwasher which in no way affected our stay. Management did offer to fix it while we were there. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Spacious and comfortable

Easy to rent, very good communication. Unit is very large and comfortable. AC works fantastic! Kitchen was adequate. Low water pressure. Overall a great stay!

Amazing Property!

I really enjoyed the property! It was perfect for a group of 6 adults and the location was amazing. Walking distance from the beach and Margaritaville Restaurant. Loved it!

A great escape

We loved our stay here. We were very comfortable and had no problems with the villa. It was great to have so much space. We also loved having a kitchen to eat quick and easy meals that weren’t at a restaurant.(extra important during the pandemic) the pool was great for the kids and the scenery was beautiful. There weren’t usable beach chairs at the villa, but that didn’t bother us at all. Thank you!

Cozy home in an awesome place

Marc and Marianne Blazar have lived on the island of St. Thomas for 20 years. Our kids were born there and grew up in Pineapple Village. Our son Julian is now a partner in this newly renovated villa.

Pineapple Village is the only gated Condo Community on the Island that is on flat land - no stairs or hills to climb, minutes walk to the Pineapple Beach and 8 minute walk to fabulous Coki Beach and Coral World. Free on-site parking for our guests.

Located a short drive away from our favorite beach Lindquist Beach. Lindquist offers pristine water, white sand, and most importantly a quiet, private atmosphere.

Close proximity and short drive to Red Hook, which boasts many great restaurants, bars, shops and ferries to St. John and the British Virgin Islands.
