Private balcony with beautiful beach views!
Within 5 minutes walk from the sand!
You can sit on private balcony in the morning and enjoy the sunrise over the gulf with a cup of coffee.
One bedroom with queen bed, twin size bunk bed for 2 kids and a sofa bed for 2 adults in the living room. The bathroom is accessible for all guests.
Fully supplied kitchen.
What a cool beach condo!

This Leeward Isles condo has been upgraded to include granite countertops and wood look flooring. This one bedroom condo has an open floorplan and lots of windows to give it a nice and bright feel. This condo is just a about a 4 minute stroll to Whitecap Beach, the seawall, the Packery Channel jetties for excellent pier fishing and close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Leeward Isles has a community pool and gazebo that you can also enjoy while visiting your new beach condo. This would make a great condo for beach escape or full time living. "Get on Island Time"! Winterbirds are welcome! Please send me an inquire for the discount (September to May).

Close to the beach. Condo was nice and clean, it did have a bit of a musty smell. We enjoyed our stay!

Family Spring Break

Overall the place was nice with a great location. Check in and out was a breeze. Unit is on the middle floor, so people are above and below. Would stay here again.

Great getaway as always

I have stayed at this location 4 times and it never disappoints. Always clean. Great access to the beach. A nice view from the balcony. All at a reasonable price. Thank you Bing, for another great stay. I will for sure be back again!

Charming, convenient, and Clean

This is my second time staying in this unit and again I was very pleased. I’ve stayed in multiple units at Leeward Isles and this is my favorite. Plenty of space, very clean, and a great view of the ocean while enjoying my coffee. I will definitely be back again.

Wonderful!

Booking was super simple and communication for whatever was needed from owner was quick. The location was absolutely perfect with a view of the beach & golf cart rentals at the back porch. The place was equipped with everything we needed and just enough room for my family of 5. The owner also allowed us a late checkout which was so appreciated. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, family stay.

staying at windward isles

very spacious, beachy decor, gulf view from the balcony, very comfortable quiet relaxing sleep at nights spacious kitchen with dishwasher it would be nice to have a electric frypan to make pancakes, French toast for future people staying there. overall were really missing our winter getaway. the host reply's immediately if you have any question or concerns WE ENJOY IMMENSLY!Hope to return in the future,

Cheap and Uncomfortable

All of the furnishings are the cheapest available and it shows. Uncomfortable bed. The washer dryer were incredibly useful for a beach vacation. Nearby Karaoke bar is loud and annoying.

Wonderful accommodations!

Great size for my family of 5. Our children loved the sleeping arrangements. Kitchen had all that we needed to make meals aside from food and spices of course. A bit sad that the keureg was not in condo as pictured in photos however there was a coffee maker with coffee and filter so was not a big deal didn’t see the need to contact property management. Walking distance to the beach however we drove as it was easier since you are allowed to park on beach with a permit of course. Parking was also good we didn’t have any problems finding a spot close to condo. Overall nice place will be staying again in the future.

Hidden gem among many units

I have stayed at multiple units in Leeward Isles because I love the location, and this is my favorite! So spacious, updated, charming, and a descent view. I definitely plan to stay in this unit again.

Loved sitting on the balcony in the early morning and late evening—great view of the Gulf! Easy walk to the beach and the water was wonderful. Very dog friendly, which was nice. The rental fit our needs nicely

Great condo, super close to beach!

Husband and I decided to go to the beach for the weekend, and this place did not disappoint! Very clean, owner sends all info/answers questions super quick, balcony with partial ocean view, ample condo parking, and best of all it's super close to the beach! The kitchen comes with basic pans, appliances, utensils, plates, etc. The washer and dryer was an added bonus, less to pack! There was detergent as well. The beach was great. We saw lots of sea turtles! You can either walk to the beach in a few mins or drive to a large parking lot within a minute. Car access to the beach is next to the parking lot, too. If you're not into cars on the beach, just walk right and in a few mins you'll enter a no car zone. There aren't shops/restaurants at this part of the beach, only condos and resorts. We noticed the area is super pet friendly, dogs being walked everywhere and are allowed on the beach as well. 10/10, will stay here again! Already planning our
