Hop on I-70 for a short 10 minute drive Downtown OR 15 minutes to the mountains. This house has expansive grassy yards that give it a park-like atmosphere in the city, as it is situated on a quarter-acre corner lot. Walk to Walmart, RTD bus stop, and shops on 38th Ave. 7 minute drive to 3 hot neighborhoods (Highlands, Olde Town Arvada, and Sloans/Edgewater)...Or hang out the beautiful covered patio, grill your dinner, and watch some Netflix (free wifi). You'll have this house to yourself with all the comforts of home, so unpack and start having fun!

This non-smoking house has an updated kitchen and bathroom and is equipped with all cooking and serving wares and linens - and then some!
Bedroom 1:Huge bedroom (they just don't make 'em like this anymore), queen size bed/dresser/large closet, mini library

Bedroom 3: smaller room, twin size bed/closet, shares space with washer and dryer.

We have lived in each of our two rental houses for 10 years, so we know exactly what the neighborhood is like and the BEST advantages to the area. This has been our house for 10 years and we recently began listing it as a furnished rental. The location CANNOT be beat! The historic gold-mining mountain town of Golden is a 13 minute drive away and downtown Denver is 10 minutes away. If you can bring your bicycle (or better yet, motorcycle!) +helmet, you'll ride everywhere on it. Colorado is the number 1 dog-friendliest state, too. This house is listed on Air bnb where you can find our Guest and Dog Guidebooks.
