Welcome to Villa Rosa, your luxury penthouse with a private rooftop that offers over 2,500 sq foot of living space! This beautifully decorated, clean and sanitized 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo is located at Harbour Lakes in Palmas Del Mar, Humacao. A 2,700 acre golf cart community with a dozen restaurant, shopping and beaches accessible within the community two 18 hole golf courses, tennis courts within the community. Less than an hour from SJU airport makes an ideal location to explore our beautiful island, waters and El Yunque rainforest.
The open main air-conditioned living area includes kitchen, dining area and living area with a 60-inch smart TV. Three oversized bedrooms all equipped with air-conditioning, queen beds and ample storage space. This is a second story walk up property. There are 2.5 bathrooms all stocked with linens, towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and first aid kit. There is a laundry closet in the hall with washer and dryer for your use.
Off the living room and kitchen area, patio doors lead you to a wonderful sitting area with patio set and table on the balcony. From there you can take the spiral stairs up to the open rooftop. Relax in the hammock or take in the sun on the lounges. Enjoy the warm breezes with your friends and family over a BBQ.
The kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials. Refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, all the dishes, glasses, utensils you need to make a serve during your stay. We include oils, water, coffee, tea, and spices for your convenience.
In the bedroom closets you will find beach caddy, chairs, noodles, boogie boards, yoga mats, and other beach gear for use.
This property sleeps up to 6 people, we have a pack and play and hi chair upon request and an infant/toddler can be the 7th guest. Please let us know when booking you have an infant/toddler.

This house is not a party house and is overall a quiet neighborhood. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum between 9:00pm and 9:00am.
There is a no pet policy on this property.
There is no smoking of any kind in the condo. Any sign of smoking guest will be subject to additional cleaning charges.
Lost gate access remotes are $100 to replace and pool/house keys are $75 should they be lost or broken. You will have access y the main pool and small fitness center during your stay.

Perfect place to stay!

The condo was amazing! Very comfortable, clean, beautiful surroundings, safe area, amazing porches and outdoor areas, nicely decorated and convenient location to everything on the island. We travel often and stay in a lot of VRBOs and this was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in and the cleanest! The hosts were helpful throughout our stay and very friendly. Wonderful vacation!!

Vacation in Paradise

We had an amazing experience at Villa Rosa. The location inside of Palmas Del Mar can’t be beat. Also, the house itself was very well equipped for a family vacation. No expense was spared to make sure that we had everything we needed, and it was very appreciated. I look forward to coming back soon.

Condo was clean/Prop Manager super helpful

The condo itself was amazing. Palmas Del Mar the resort that condo resides in was less than awesome. We had power outages two days out of the 5 we were there. The main pool was dead bolt locked and the children could not use. The golf cart rental was negotiating with me on pricing when it should be a set price. Again the condo itself is beautiful and the property manager was amazing but the resort made this trip less amazing than it could have been

Everything you could want

First Host Danielle was very friendly and easy to work with. She was available with wuick redponse to any questions we had and suggestions for adventures. The condo was stocked with games and beach fun. We rented a golf cart and used it all week to get around the beautiful community. The beach was clean and sandy. You could walk without water shoes. Rooftop patio in the condo was a great place for dinner and night cap. We really enjoyed Palmas Del Mar and Danielles hospitality. She even helped us find a new unit to stay for a few additional days after our flight home was canceled. 5 stars to her and the unit.

Nice but uncomfortable

We truly enjoyed out time in Puerto Rico and took advantage of the location to explore the eastern side of the island. The condo was a great size for the five adults in our family. But the beds and furniture were not comfortable. We spent most of our time on the primary floor porch. The roof top space was nice, but the spiral steps were difficult to navigate, and it looked a bit weathered up there. No TV up there. The outdoor furniture was not the most comfortable to sit on in either location. Inside the couch inside was positioned to look at the TV only and was not conducive for conversation. The TV did not have local stations and required setup for our own HULU or NETFLIX. So, we spent most of our time on the main level porch. But this was great to enjoy the outside and in the evenings we were serenaded by a flute player from one of the other buildings. It was lovely. The beds were just like everyone complains. After the first night they are uncomfortable and the bedbug covers are plastic. The sheets won't stay on and the bedspread is just a fuzzy blanket. My husband explained it as if we are sleeping on a wet diaper. The pool was a short walk and was well kept. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Christmas reunion 23

The condo was perfect for the 5 of us adults. Beds/pillows comfy. AC was great as it’s hot in PR. Our kids are 20,21 and 22. Huge tv where they watched movies at night. Yoga mat provided and daughter did hot yoga on the roof top. We cooked most of our meals in the condo…numerous pots,pans,knives and utensils to make our meals happen. We had coffee and breakfast out on the patio each morning as it’s shaded and not too hot yet. We played games up on the roof in the shade during the day… breezy when we were there. We spent Xmas day at the neighborhood pool which is 1/2 block from the condo. We cooked chicken, porkchops and steaks on the gas grill. The grill worked great. They provided nice beach chairs for our 3 beach outings. And we used the boogie boards in the surf 2 of the days. Danielle, our host was prompt in getting back to us w any questions. Our stay was awesome and relaxing. Thank you Danielle for all the comforts of home.

Safe neighborhood, nice place but condo has a lot wrong with it

We stayed for a week over Thanksgiving and our property manager Danielle was very attentive and responsive. Pros: location, safety, beach access, clean place, balcony, welcome book, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath. Beach chairs were an added bonus, pantry had extras and towels were provided. I was disappointed that the reviews did not reflect the condition of the unit. Rented a golf cart and that was fun. Cons: all beds are wrapped in plastic and cheap sheets kept coming off so you slept on plastic. Dogs barking! There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood. Couch stained, Dryer makes a high pitch noise when in use it, chair at DR table broken but in use, ice maker not working and fridge leaked, a/c in back BR doesn't work well, Toilet seat broken, one blanket for entire unit, light on nightstand doesn't work, the drawer under the TV stays open because no one has bothered to fix it, no sponge (we bought one) and one hand towel for the entire week (we brought more). Danielle did say the items were in the owners closet and offered to get us one but it was too late. We had purchased items we needed. Also bought batteries for the a/c. There are two a/c units in DR/LR. You only need to run one and we kept in 78 and it was plenty cool. Lastly, the directions to the unit needs more detail - confusing to find it. This is an honest review of what our stay was like.

I relocated here from New York August of 2020 seeking adventure and opportunity. I found myself meeting people from all over the world and decided to venture into Real Estate Management and Concierge Services for my properties.
I enjoy meeting and hosting my guests. You'll find me helping guest explore the area and planning itinerates to have a memorable experience while staying at our places. I take pride in our properties keeping them clean, stocked and operating to the best of my ability.

When I am not working you can find me boating off the coast of Fajardo, exploring local gems around the island, or simply relaxing beachside with a mojito.

Over a dozen restaurants, golf courses, tennis courts, beach access, multiple pool are among some of the luxuries available to you. You have the option to rent a golf cart during your stay to explore all that Palmas has to offer.
We provide all linens, towels, and bathroom essentials to make your packing a little lighter. You'll also have beach towels, blanket, chairs, noodles, boogie boards and other beach toys.

Located just under an hour from San Juan airport makes this an ideal location to explore everything from Old San Juan, Rio Grande, El Yunque rain forest, Luquillo and Fajardo beaches, the port in Ceiba to take the ferry to Vieques or Culebra, and southern areas of Patillas and Salinas. Well known El Hippie and the pork row in Cayey also make for an easy afternoon out. There is an adventure less than half hour in any direction!
