We had an excellent stay in Palmas Del Mar! Beautiful view from property. Condo was very well equipped with kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and linens. Condo came with laundry detergent, dish washer and dish detergent and some toilet paper and paper towels. Those little touches always go a long way for me! Would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful Property; Well-Managed

You cannot go wrong with this location. The property is clean and well-equipped. The views are beautiful and access to the beach unparalleled. In addition, the owner is consistently available, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed every part of this stay.

Great Quiet Condo right on the beach

We loved staying her with our two teenage kids. The owner was very responsive and even allowed us to check in early! Very clean and spacious condo that is just steps to the beach. I highly recommend if you want a quiet vacation away from the busy city. Great beach!

Beautiful relaxing pleasing to the eyes and soul! Will definitely stay here again. Clean property! Love the sounds of the waves. Every morning drank our coffee and enjoyed the scenery!

Short getaway before a conference.

The unit was great. Just as advertised. Very clean and well maintained. It was great being so close to the beach. Carlos was quick to respond to questions and made good recommendations. We would go back should the opportunity present itself.

Amazing spot

Everything was great , I love the neighborhood this place is located . Easy to get to San Juan and back in like 45 minutes . The ocean breeze , the breaking of the waves at night while you are going to sleep is amazing .I love every second I was there ..if you stay at this place rent a golf car you’ll have a blast picking up groceries at the market ….loved it

Senior Trip

The property was just perfect. It was just how it was advertised. It was perfect for the three of us. The sound of the waves crashing outside was very calming. Sitting on the patio in the morning with coffee and a book was amazing! The restaurants in the area were very good. Carlos was very attentive, we had a couple questions and he replied back to us very quickly. We highly recommend the listing and would absolutely return!

Unit was VERY clean, inside and outside furniture was good quality and pretty new. All appliances were upgraded and fully working. With 10+ years using VRBO in US, Caribbean and Europe this was by far the cleanest and up to date of any place I have stayed. Owner communicates very quickly on VRBO messaging and check in process was flawless. A++ Location is also the cleanest and safest in Puerto Rico with plenty of day excursions possible (Seven Seas beach, Culebra, Rainforest, coffee plantations, etc)

Puerto Rico Tropical Paradise

This property, and the larger "city" it's a part of, was truly magical. The condo was literally steps from the ocean (we could hear the waves crashing at all times), 100 yards from 3 pools, and inside a much larger double-gated community filled with restaurants, paved trails, 2 golf courses, and so much more. We met so many amazing residents from adjoining properties, and our stay could not have been any more perfect. Beautiful, smooth beach, outstanding pools, and a location that can't be beat. Our host was attentive and gracious, and the condo was stocked with anything you could possibly need, including perhaps the most well-appointed kitchen we've ever seen. Start to finish, the best VRBO rental we've ever stayed in. We will be back!!

Paradise in Puerto Rico at Las Palmas Crescent Beach

There were 4 of us as 2 couples and we had a great time at Crescent Beach. The unit had a lighted christmas tree, a lighted palm tree, lots of candles and everything worked great. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools and dishes and glasses we needed. The beach was steps to the left and the pool was steps to the right and the views day and night were paradise. The previous reviews were spot on too! Carlos and his team were very responsive and everyone needs a Carlos on their VRBO team! I have several VRBO's myself so this property is top notch! Don't forget that you on an island and bring the deet spray for sand flees! This was our first visit to Puerto Rico and Las Palmas. Don't Miss this Property! We will be back again!

People are right when they say air conditioning does not work. It was so hot in the apartment that we went to the car to cool of when I called the host he was rude telling me to rent a hotel if I didn't like it
