We chose this condo for several reasons.
First, the section of beach in front of the building is less busy than other areas of the beach. Public beach access in this area is limited, therefore the beach does not get very crowded.
Second, this area of the Island is quiet and peaceful, but you can easily walk North or South for some excitement. Clayton's Beach Bar is only 0.7 miles to the North, and Wanna Wanna is less than half a mile to the South.
We especially enjoy the sunrise while drinking our morning coffee on the balcony. Since we are located on the North corner of the building the views up the island are fantastic, and you can even see the fireworks show every weekend in the summer.
The building recently completed a $2.5 million exterior renovation that includes new railings, new paint, tiled walkways, elevator improvements, and access gates to the inside parking areas.
