Gulf of Mexico view

Panama city Beach is a lovely town that has many parks and and other attractions to visit while you are there. As for Grand Panama Beach resort, if offers a heated pool, a hot tub, and easy access to the beach.

Grand Panama vacation

We have stayed at Grand Panama two summers in a row now in the same condo. We love Panama City and come every summer from Ohio. Great location on the ocean.

Great location and beautiful beach

The property location was nice. Not far from the main touristy spot but enough distance for more quiet evenings. The beach is fantastic and the pool is very nice as well. The condo itself is clean and has lots of space for everyone. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Trip

We loved our stay at Grand Panama. The condo was clean a nicely decorated. It was nice to also use the 2 beach chairs and enjoy the sound of relaxing. Booking through Warren Beach Rental was an awesome experience. They were very information and accommodating. We will definitely book thru them on future trips.

Lovely!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. When the air conditioning unit started leaking water we contacted the rental company and they had someone there to fix it within a couple of hours. I definitely would book again.

Nice property on the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom condo on the beach. The condo is nice and the amenities are good incl. 2 beach umbrellas per rental. Check in and check out were very easy with clear instructions. However, the condo needs better and deeper cleaning. And supplies like a broom would be helpful with the sand. Also, the couple of balcony chairs need upgrading.

Our July beach trip

Great location. I do recommend having assigned parking as we had to park way over in the back behind the parking garage several times. The condo was nice,just perfect for our family. Loved having a washer and dryer. The only problem we had was with the stove. The oven didn't work and all the eyes on top didn't work. Loved having an ice maker too. We will definitely book this room again.

Awesome!

This is our third trip staying in Grand Panama 1405. Needless to say, we love everything about it. Warren Beach Rentals was wonderful to work with from start to finish. They always give us such confidence that they will be there if we need them for anything. The condominium complex is wonderful. And the condo itself is exactly what we need. It is located on the beach and the view is incredible. The condo is beautifully furnished with everything you could want for an amazing stay. Being able to bring our pet with us is an extra bonus. We are back home and ready to book our next trip for the end of this year. Our home away from home!

An enjoyable visit!

We had a wonderful stay in Panama City beach. The beach was wonderful for walking, a bit chilly for swimming. Sunsets were gorgeous! We enjoyed a few good restaurants. We were disappointed that the pool heater was broken so way too cold for swimming. The condo was as advertised but was a bit disappointed that the stove oven had some issues… the oven door wouldn’t stay shut and one burner only worked on high. The toaster and dishwasher also had a few challenges. It was great to be able to bring our dog. All in all it was a great get away and visit with family.

Few things need to be replaced

Over all it was good ...some things need to replaced or maintenance coffee maker made a mess not the right pot for it and vacuum cleaner had squeaking wheels.

Living room furniture was terribly uncomfortable, Doctors office have better in waiting room furniture. Parking deck is a nightmare not enough signage to direct the traffic.

Perfect Pet Friendly Beach Trip

We chose this property for a last minute vacation with our two kiddos and dog. It was clean and convenient, and though my dog didn’t like the pet relief areas at the property, there were dog parks and a dog beach nearby. The condo comes with beach service, so we had a home base every day and could go between the pool and beach with ease. The elevators run incredibly slowly and are packed, but I'm guessing that’s common with high rise condos. Just like any vacation stay, bring extra paper products, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. There’s a Publix five minutes away and lots of Door Dash options for when you don’t want to deal with the dinner crowd. We will definitely book with Warren again, and likely at this resort.
