A Samsung TV (with BluRay DVD with Smart TV apps) adds to the entertainment and keeps you connected, though who would choose to surf the web when you can enjoy a lazy day by the poolside or beachcombing a few steps away? The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is ready for meal preparation, or you can BBQ on the pool patio and dine alfresco. Walk 4 steps to a spacious primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom boasting a Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.
You can also enjoy the views of the blooming bougainvillea and swaying coconut palms outdoors while relaxing anywhere in the Villa. All three bedrooms have Samsung Smart TVs and Bluetooth enabled speakers. The oversized verandah is complete with a large sectional, outdoor fans and romantic lighting. The expansive pool deck, accented by comfortable chaise loungers and umbrellas, is the perfect way to enjoy the Caribbean sun. True to the name Beach Daze, this vacation rental gem is located in Leeward, the upscale, gated (with CCTV and security guards), beach community in Grace Bay, and at the edge of Grace Bay’s restaurant and shopping district. It is a couple of minutes to restaurants, golf, tennis, casino, watersports, the marina, shopping and so much more. For your comfort, the Villa is fully walled and fenced, gated, and monitored by an on-island security team as well as fitted with a house alarm system and automatic dusk to dawn outdoor lighting.
There are two separate central air conditioning systems in this holiday villa, one for the primary suite and a second for other areas; uniquely, this includes AC directly into the bathrooms as well. Beach Daze gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind as well.
Beach Daze Villa can sleep up to 8 persons: King primary bedroom, Queen second bedroom, a trundle third bedroom that can be made to a King, and a Queen sofa in the living room. Additional person fee is $50 each plus tax per night after the first 6 persons
