Retreat to this beautiful wooded lakefront property with double decker dock. 200 feet waterfront to enjoy fishing, swimming, 2 kayaks , or canoe available. We have jet ski lifts. relax in a lounge chair on upper dock or tie a float to dock. one room cabin has queen bed, full bathroom, mini fridge,microwave, drip coffee pot, electric inside griddle. covered gazebo under tall trees has cushion swing seat and picnic table with ceiling fan. boat ramp on street. Boat and watercraft rentals on lake. many fishing guides and tours and tournaments. 2 cars or 1 car and 1 boat trailer allowed Ideal for 2 persons. firepit and bbq grill . Owner does not provide firewood, charcoal or lighter fluid. We are always available by message. Host's home is the one story section of the house next door. ( it has 2 houses adjoined by hallway with locked door) When we are there you may see us from if you are on the water from a distance on our back patio. The A frame part of the main house also could have guests staying and if so the dock or fire pit could be shared. Please do not park in street or neighbors yard. It’s easier to back trailer in drive if you turn on Terry Trace from Charlotte, it circles around to my street . No pets allowed
