This completely remodeled townhome is ready for you and your family to start enjoying the beautiful beaches of Redington Shores. With 2 master bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths this home is very open and spacious. Furnished and ready for long term rental or monthly rental. This contemporary townhome is centrally located in Redington Shores and just minutes to the famous John's Pass, fine dining, beach shopping, fun pubs and bars, fishing charters, jet ski rentals, and much more. After a day on the beach enjoy swimming in the community heated pool. See the worlds famous sunsets from the community tables and chairs or from the beach. Bring all your beach toys with you, with a one car garage there is plenty of storage space.

2024 on the Shore

Wonderful place and location. Great host. The townhouse was very well laid out and kept up. Lots of amenities that were very useful(i.e. bikes,chairs, umbrellas). Had some guests a few nights so the extra bedroom was very good to have. Location on beach with warm pool was ideal. Really enjoyed our stay.

Best trip ever!

Tammy was so awesome to work with. The neighbors are so friendly. The place is filled with amenities and everything you could ask for to enjoy a beautiful, relaxing, memorable vacation. The pool and beach are right at your feet. Will be returning next year!

Beach, Sun, Sand

This place has it all. The decor was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and with all new appliances. We had a laundry room. We had plenty of towels, including beach towels.. The beach was steps away. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available for our use. There were two bike available to ride. Although we did not use them. Restaurants were close by. We want to come back! Hostess was wonderful. Linda & Ed

This property is so close to everything. Spend the day on the beach, walk to several restaurants, bike the Pinellas trail, paddle board, jet ski and boat rentals, deep sea fishing or enjoy multiple theme parks, Hardrock casino, aquariums in just a short drive.
