Great place to stay! Off the path of the beach life but still close enough to enjoy the ocean and shopping. We personally enjoyed the river and the peacefulness of the property. Love our stay.

Great little getaway.

This was a really nice spot to relax at! It had everything you'd need and some river charm to go with it. The host was super friendly and had great communication. The view of the flowing river from the living room is a beautiful perk of staying here! My family and I will definitely visit again.

Relaxing river views away from the crowds

We loved staying and plan to return. The property was clean, well furnished and comfortable. The owners were easy to contact and quickly responded. The location is conveniently located near Cherry Grove, Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle. Most days we ventured out to the different beaches and surrounding areas. During our down time we enjoyed relaxing on the dock and being able to look out to the river from the living area.

Relaxing stay with an amazing view!

This spot was comfortable and quaint! The inside was lovely and the beds were comfy! The outside area was all that we hoped for and more! We spent most of our time outside! Jodi checked in via message to see if we needed anything but was unobtrusive. This is definitely a repeat location for us!

Great Stay at The River House

The River House was clean, warm, and welcoming. As advertised, it was located at a very nice spot with a great view and multiple decks out back for hanging out, swimming, and fishing. Wish I could have done that more but it was an unexpectedly cold week in March. Jodi was a responsive and accommodating host who checked in regularly but was not intrusive. Highly recommend.

Great location…

This property is better than the pictures show. The home is decorated so cute and has everything you need. Jodi has thought of everything down to the usb plugs in all rooms. It’s everything you could want ….on the river feeling like you are in the middle no where to being in busy North Myrtle in 20 minutes. Jodi was great to communicate with and very sweet. I only had one issue……the dogs figured out how to open the bathroom door…lol. We had a great time and look forward to going back. Thank you Jodi for everything.

Perfect River Retreat!

What a relaxing weekend! If you’re looking to get away and cozy up with amazing views this is the place! The house is so cute and warming it feels like home. We fished during the day, caught a gar, catfish and bream, and watched the sunset from the dock. Awesome time, we stayed an extra night! Thanks Jodi!

Sibling reunion

Absolutely beautiful home. Perfect location. Only things that could have been better would have been handrails on porches and easier shower access. But, still doable and amazing place! Perfect for our reunion!
