We found this house to be extremely comfortable, well-supplied, clean, and convenient to many of the area amenities. We had a family emergency, and Whitney was very responsive and accommodating to our changing needs. We highly recommend this property.

Sunset Beach on Magnolia

Inside of property super clean and very up to date. Host was flexible with us regarding our pup as she is medium size and not a small dog.

Great Stay

Home was very clean, very convenient to grocery, beach, park etc. we stayed here for 4 days while we waited for our new house to close. We had our dog. Nice quiet neighborhood to walk. Owner was easy to work with and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Quick trip

We needed to make an unexpected, short trip to Sunset Beach. The place was beautifully updated and very clean. Whitney was responsive and made things easier for us in a sad, difficult trip. Thank you Whitney.

STAY HERE!

We had a wonderful long weekend here. The house is spotless! This is hard to find with a pet friendly home. Whitney was very responsive and helpful in accommodating all of our needs. The beds are very comfortable and owners are thoughtful in providing soaps, shampoos and lotion as well. The inside is updated and very well maintained. Location is great and the house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

Overall was a very good vacation experience. But there was a few little things that could have been better like, better air circulation.(no ceiling fans) the front door needs a little bit of work. It’s almost as if the door frame is warped. It would have been nice if there was more toiletries.(toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, ETC.) The WIFI was pretty weak as well. As far as the house goes it is a very nice home. Looks to be newly remodeled and has brand new showers, brand new sinks. Nice kitchen, nice silverware, plates, bowls, ETC. the washing machine was pretty loud during use, which may be disturbing if running it at night and have little ones, we washed our stuff while we was out and about. So problem fixed! The host (s) were extremely nice and easy to contact! Overall experience aside from the little things during our 7 day stay at their home we enjoyed our time and have no big issues!! There was one little mishap and the pad lock on the door stopped working but easy fix, contacted them and they got me a key didn’t take 5 mins to fix the issue!! And to add they already had beach chairs and toys and free parking for your whole stay at sunset beach!! And for the rainy days they have multiple board games to sit around with the family and enjoy!

Hi Kevin, Thanks so much for staying with us! We’re really glad you had a great time and enjoyed the house and beach gear—Sunset Beach is such a special place, and it’s always great to hear when guests get to enjoy it. We appreciate your feedback and wanted to share a few quick notes: we include a starter kit with 4 rolls of toilet paper, 2 trash bags, and 1–2 rolls of paper towels, which usually works well for most guests. The WiFi is 1GB speed, but we’ll take a look just in case something was off during your stay. Ceiling fans aren’t possible with the way the ceilings are built, but we do provide an oscillating fan, and the AC is newer and keeps up well—even on the hottest days. Coastal humidity can cause exterior doors to swell in the summer—it’s just one of those beach quirks! We’re always happy to help and provide our phone numbers at check-in so guests can reach us easily during their stay. Warmly, Whitney
