Welcome to "One Margarita" on North Captiva Island! This charming 3-bedroom, 3-bath beach house is perfect for families or groups. Enjoy the island lifestyle with a relaxing screened-in porch featuring a dining table and lounge furniture. Watch planes take off and land while sipping your morning coffee and watch the sunset without ever leaving the porch.
A golf cart is included for easy island exploration. Just a short stroll to the beach, this home offers comfort and convenience for a memorable vacation. Also included with your stay is an island club membership! Access to pool, kayaks, paddle boards, sand bikes and more!

House was perfect for us. Property manager made everything seamless from the moment we arrived til he dropped us for our return ferry home. All questions were promptly answered by the owner or manager. House has everything you need for a great stay on North Captiva!!

We had a great time on North Captiva! The house was well equipped and in a great location, walkable to both beaches and fun to see planes taking off from the grass runway. We saw only 3 or 4 planes all week, so no issues with noise. The second floor screened in porch was an highlight!

We had a wonderful stay! Our hosts are kind, wonderful people and truly met our needs! They met us at the ferry, provided us with everything we needed, and ensured our stay ran smoothly the entire time.The house is lovely; the kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need. While we did not use the two additional bedrooms, the master bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. The master bath has a wonderful walk in shower large enough for two people and a large walk in closet.We were there in October and enjoyed watching the sunrise from the screened in deck. Look no further, you will not be disappointed!

One Margarita is a beautiful, clean, and cozy beach house that has everything you need to feel right at home. The home has a comfortable and beachy vibe. The beds are super comfortable. We cooked most of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen, it had everything we needed. They thought of everything, including beach towels and chairs. The screened-in porch offers an incredible view of the water in many directions. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail while watching the sunrise/sunset. Also enjoyed watching a few planes and helicopters taking off and landing since it’s next to the airstrip. Just a short two-minute walk to two different beaches. We had a blast playing games, doing puzzles, relaxing on the deck, shelling, watching the manatees and exploring the island in the golf cart provided. The shelling was absolutely amazing! Morgan was quick to respond, super friendly and provided us with some great recommendations. Raj and Jackie were very welcoming, friendly and helpful while we were there. We had an incredible time and can’t wait to come back!

The house was very clean and plenty of room. Morgan did a great job of communicating with me. Raj was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great experience.
