Enjoy the quiet, peaceful setting of this Tennis Villa that is just minutes away from the beautiful white sand of Miramar Beach!  It is the perfect combination with a private and quiet location that is within walking distance to the beach! You can have the luxury of a beach vacation without the crowds of a high rise condomimum and having to wait for an elevator. The unit is updated with all new appliances including washer and dryer. It features 2 bedrooms with a King sized bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa and 1 bathroom. The high ceilings in the living and dining room add to the spacious feel to these beautiful areas.

It was a great stay, close to the pool and on a not so busy street. The property managers were great and attentive. We will definitely do it again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The grill did not work and tv should be mounted to wall, but other than that great place to stay especially so we could bring our pups with us! It was exactly what we were looking for!!! We love the tennis villas because it was so quiet!!

Extremely Dirty!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As soon as we got in, we cleaned the villa for 2 1/2 hours. Our feet were black from walking on the tile; there was filth and dust everywhere! It was by far the dirtiest place we ever stayed in. If we didn't drive 12 hours to get there, we would of went home it was that disgusting. Whatever cleaning company was used, needs to be fired!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice. I needed some updates but still nice. I wish it would’ve had two bathrooms. The only major thing that I can complain about is that when I went to give the baby a bath in the bathtub there was so much hair clogged in the drain that I couldn’t even get it out. It had been there that long. So needless to say, I just turn the shower on and be through that way the 10 days that we stayed. I did make the rental company aware that that was a problem and hopefully they fixed it.
