Thanks for letting me know. I am very adamant about the condo being really clean for each guest. I wish you had contacted me while you were there and I would have had it recleaned and sanitized.

We are glad that you enjoyed our condo and appreciate your stay. While the driveway will hold two regular size vehicles, it's unfortunately not long enough for two extra large ones. Street parking is ok if its not too busy on the street. There is also other parking at the on the other side of the open lawn at the street entrance.

This renter's problem stemmed from our condo not being completely cleaned when she checked in at 3:00 and I completely understand her being upset at that. This is the first time since we began using this maid several years ago that the condo was not completely cleaned by checkin. She left in the middle of cleaning to clean other condos. The prior week's renters left our condo in a very big mess, dirty walls, etc and had double the amount of people that we agreed on for the rental. I told this renter that I would refund her cleaning fee, which I did. I immediately called my maid which took several tries and a little an hour before I could reach her. Had she cleaned the condo timely, the problems would not have existed and there would also have been starter toilet tissue, garbage bags,etc. I told these renters that she would bring the supplies by but they said they had already been to the grocery store and bought some while there. We pride ourselves on keeping our condo nice and have had many positive comments and compliments. Prior to the summer rentals, the floor and the carpet are cleaned. The white walls were painted with fresh paint. When a bad renter comes in and doesn't take care of our condo, it hurts it for other renters. We were aware of the dryer problem and had someone come in on 2 occasions to look at it and both assured us it was ok. But we are replacing it our next trip down in a couple of weeks. Since delivery people are not reliable timewise for installing, we didn't want to impose on a renter to handle the installation. I know they would rather spend their time doing other things. UPDATE: We have replaced the dryer. In addition, we have repainted the main areas again (2nd time this year).

I apologize and wish you had let me know of these issues. You did email that the dryer was not working and I had someone fix it immediately. You never mentioned anything else. I did have workers in the condo prior to your visit updating the back of the condo but they did not have time to finish the updates and get to the living room prior to your arrival. I'm sorry about the knobs as they were screwed in and working the last time I was there. Updates will continue in the living room and throughout the entire condo this fall. UPDATE: I have since been to my condo and find that it has been very clean both trips down this month. I have since removed the chaise lounge which prior guests had spilled things on. The living room is in the process of being painted and a new ceiling. I have not been able to find any damage to the counter top in the kitchen or anything that could cause a finger to catch. The shower floor is not uneven and I have found no areas to catch your feet. The furniture had some smudges from the summer rentals and has been cleaned. In addition, I have swapped out some pieces with new furniture. The outlets are all ok, with the exception of one, which has been replaced. All of the others are in good condition. The dining table did have a slightly wobbly leg from guests using the table to pull up on but the table is very heavy and sturdy. I do plan to have the condo in top condition for spring summer rentals. I do take pride in the condo and when I find out from housekeeping that a guest takes very poor care of it, I don't rent to them again. Again, I wish you had let me know that you considered it not to be clean when you arrived and I would have had housekeeping come back to remedy it.

I apologize for the dust and other problems that you found. I had contacted the cleaning service about this and the the cleaning situation has improved greatly. The handyman who fixed the drawer was really backed up with work and unable to get there immediately. I am having the electrical outlets repaired and thank you for calling this to my attention.
