The Space:

Picture stepping outside your front door and being just steps from the sand, with the Space Coast's biggest attractions minutes away. At 400 South, a galactic-themed retreat blends playful design with easy beach access, giving you a relaxed home base for sun-soaked days and starry nights on Florida's Space Coast.

Living space

Unit A sits on the first floor of the newly renovated 8-unit aparthotel, filled with natural light that highlights the marble flooring and playful galactic decor throughout. The lounge area invites you to unwind on the leather couch and two armchairs while streaming your favorite show on the Smart TV. A dedicated workspace is also on hand if you need to check in on things while you're away.

Sleeping arrangements

The unit offers one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, each with ample closet space to keep your belongings organized. Room-darkening shades help create a restful atmosphere, and extra pillows and blankets are provided for added comfort. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request for families traveling with little ones.

Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, along with cooking basics and dishes and silverware for whipping up meals at home. The Milky Way breakfast bar seats four, making it an easy spot to gather for morning coffee or a casual dinner.

Bathroom

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, along with a vanity and extra storage in the closet adjacent to the door. Hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and other essentials are provided for your convenience.

Outdoor & extras

Step out to your private patio or balcony, or make use of the fully fenced private backyard and gas BBQ grill for some outdoor time. Beach essentials including towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are provided to make the short trip to the sand even easier. You'll also have access to a shared outdoor pool, heated and open 24 hours all year round, plus free parking on premises, free street parking, and an EV charger.

400 South sits just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach, on a popular beachfront street just steps from the ocean - perfect for daytime beach sojourns or a sunset walk along the sand. Downtown is a 5-minute walk away, and the beach is just 50 steps from your front door. The surrounding neighborhood is scenic, with a gated community across the street and grand homes nearby. You're also just minutes from Kennedy Space Center and the wider attractions of the Space Coast.

This unit is pet-friendly, allows long-term stays of 28 days or more, and offers self check-in with a smart lock for easy, flexible arrivals.

400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to ocean - think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from your front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!



Getting Around:

Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Downtown area is within walking distance!

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
