BEACHFRONT LIVING 2 bedroom condo is directly on Cocoa Beach. Newly renovated 1st Floor/furnished/painted & beach theme decor. Wi-Fi/Cable/ Central AC/Heated Pool/ multi community activities/ Horse Shoes/ Tennis Courts/ Bocce Ball/ BBQ area. Walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier/ Ron Jon Surf shop/ mini golf and local restaurants. About an hour direct drive to Orlando Airport, Disney & all the local attractions. Minutes to Port Canaveral/ Cruise terminals and the Space Ctr. Best of all, steps from a Private Beach.

This is a 14 night minimum condo due to the HOA rules. Long term stays of 1 month or more may be available at a discounted rate at certain times of the year. Please contact us to ask, if you are looking for a long term stay,

*Sorry, but no pets allowed.

*Community quiet hours are at 8PM.

*Check out time is 11AM/Check in 4PM

*Due to condo association rules, there is no overnight parking of: Motorcycles/Boats/Trailers/Motorhomes/RVs/Commercial Vehicles/Golf Carts

*1 parking pass will be provided. There will be a $25 replacement fee if the pass is lost, broken, or not left after check out. If you require a second pass, you can purchase one from the condo association for $25.

*Two blue beach, pool, and tennis court area keys will be provided. If one or both are lost or broken, there will a $100 replacement fee per key.

*This is a beach front condo complex. Our condo unit is not directly on the ocean but the complex is and you are just a short walk through the complex to our private beach.

*This is a first floor unit.

We loved our stay here! The condo was very clean, had everything we needed, perfect amount of space, the pool was great, the beach was awesome, we would definitely stay here again! The whole process was incredibly easy, great directions, easy access when we arrived. And I have stayed in other VRBO's with so many directions for check out, and stipulations, and this was so easy, which was greatly appreciated when we had to leave so early for our flight. This was just all around a great place to stay in a great area, we LOVED it!! Thank you Rob and Michelle!
