This property is nicely decorated, comfortable, and well appointed. It was everything we'd hoped for and served as a great homebase for a wonderful family vacation! The fishing pond was a plus!

Great stay at a cozy cabin in fairplay

We had an amazing time staying at this cabin in Fairplay, Colorado! The cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. There was a pool table, ping pong table, hot tub, and even a steam room. Plenty of fun amenities to keep everyone entertained. The owners were incredibly kind and responsive, answering all of our questions quickly and providing great recommendations. They went above and beyond by sending back a pair of AirPods my friend accidentally left behind, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and fun place to stay!

Great place to stay!

The house was amazing! Plenty of space and activities to do. We drove up to the top of one of the nearby peaks. It was amazing especially since it was in the neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again!

Family Trip

Great place, plenty of room for everyone, enjoyed some family time, hot tubing, game night, ping pong and pool, cooked some great meals, shopped Fairplay and ate at Casa Sanchez it was great, day trip to Breckenridge, evening drive towards Mt Sherman and saw a moose. It was a nice family get away.

FairPlay getaway

Felt like home

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view! We felt like we were home! We saw deer out back and took a drive near by and saw lots of Moose! We truly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Sunny mountain get away

Really great place! Amazing expansive views all the way from sunrise to sunset, peaceful vibes, bright and Sunny from lots of south facing windows! So much space and everything we needed for family meals together at the huge table. Comfortable beds and lots of amenities. We will definitely book here again!

Ski Vacation in Fairplay

We were thrilled with our stay. The accommodations were tops and the views were spectacular. Everything was well-thought out and very special. Everything functioned without a hitch and it was easy to cook for the family. We will try to stay here again for certain.

Excellent Ski Vacation!

We had a memorable time staying at the Coyote Song Cabin! Everything was perfect, clean, plenty of entertainment, comfortable beds and all the necessities were there. Just bring your clothes and food is all you need! Our host Brent was extremely helpful just a phone call away for any information we needed. The cabin is a Short drive to the slopes through Hoosier Pass which is a lovely scenic drive. We enjoyed watching the Moose and the fox in the mornings and evenings. Also the close trail heads for hikes were very nice. We will for sure be returning again to stay!

Gorgeous Home with Amazing Views

This home is the perfect place to stay. The posted pictures of the views truly don't do it justice. It is much more beautiful in person. The house comes with more amenities than it lists and there are so many cute and nice touches to the house that truly make it feel like home. It's not to far from Breckenridge and in nice/quiet area. Communication with the owners was easy with zero issues. We would definitely rent again as the house not only met our expectations but went above and beyond.

The perfect booking!

We have stayed in several different places when we visit this area, but Coyote Song has by far been our family’s favorite! The home is beautiful, the views are stunning, the floor plan is perfect and the owners have provided everything you need to have a stress free stay. We can’t say enough about how happy we were! Definitely weren’t ready to leave. We usually like to try out different places when we visit Colorado, but our family has decided, hands down, we want to come back here!

Best vacay ever!

Brent responded fast! Perfect cabin. It was more than expected for my little family. The drive to Breckenridge was not bad and about 30 mins. There were games, shampoo, conditioner, detergent which helped me packed light. Loved the already heated jacuzzi. We're definitely coming back!

Coyote Song

What a great property! Six grown-ass men stayed in the house for four nights, and we never felt like we were in each other's space. It's well-stocked and has everything needed for an extended stay- a huge kitchen, grill, fire pit, two living rooms, ping pong and pool tables, huge deck. The yard was legit and had epic views off the back deck, and even though we didn't see any wildlife, the stars and sunsets made up for it. The homeowner, Brent, was easy to deal with and quickly responded to our questions. I'd highly recommend the house for any large groups.

A place you need to go

It was an amazing experience at coyote song ! This home was fully equipped to give you the perfect Colorado view and vibes . It was honestly the best part of our trip , staying at the house and relaxing ! The owners are very kind and anything we had questions about they would answer . Me and my husband loved how perfectly designed and decorated the home was, and how it felt like we were in our own house . We had never had such an amazing experience with a home off vrbo ! Thank you so much for opening your home to us. This isn’t somewhere you want to pass up if you’re going to visit Colorado .

Couples Vacation

Coyote Song was absolutely wonderful! We had 3 couples in our 50's and 60's on this trip. There was plenty of room that we each had the privacy of our own bedroom and bathroom. The house was beautiful, as was the scenery! We were able to see moose and mule deer from the house and deck on multiple occasions! The house was stocked with everything we needed, and we all felt right at home. The scenery in the area is just beautiful, 360 degree mountain views. We took several "gravel travel" drives and everywhere we went was just absolutely beautiful. Fairplay is a short drive making grocery and supply shopping very easy. Thank you to the host who always responded quickly to any question we had during our stay and had a wonderful basket of goodies waiting for us at our arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

Best Family Vacay yet! 💥

We absolutely loved staying at Coyote Song. The house was amazing with beautiful decor and stunning views (My Dream Home) we didn't want to leave. Even saw some moose, we were so excited. We were extremely impressed they provided pretty much everything we needed in the home. The kids favorite spot to hang out and wind down was the downstairs game room. The property wasn't to far from Ski Resorts and even downtown Denver. We went to Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper Mountain with only a 30 to 45 min drive. Downtown Denver was only about an hr. drive to Meow Wolf Museum. Also close enough to town for groceries. The property owner Brent responded quickly to our questions. Overall our stay was beyond a 10, we will defiantly be booking here again in the future!

Our serene stay in the Rockies

This was a return to this VRBO - we stayed there last year at this time too. This time we had planned for our grown children and partners to come with us, but they had work obligations and couldn't come. So it was just me and my wife and we don't ski. So, we stayed in the house for the most part - we did go to Breckenridge to see the sculptures - which was good fun. But we truly enjoyed ourselves in such a beautiful setting. We hosted a couple dinners with relatives who live in Fairplay and it was a terrific peaceful time. It was lovely and they all thought the place was beautiful. They had seen it last year too and they couldn't wait to show it off to their significant others. The booking and other associated planning and entry steps were well described and easy. It was such a beautiful setting, with views and clear skies. We are already planning our return next year.

Perfection

We were SO impressed with this property. It literally had everything you would need down to lotion in the bathroom. We weren't sure what to bring so we bought toilet paper and paper towels. We didn't even need that. The home is decorated so beautifully with excellent views. Close enough to town for groceries but far enough that you feel like you are really getting away. We spent a lot of time with the kiddos in the basement playing ping pong and pool. The hot tub was perfect for the evenings when the kids were asleep. They also have a steam shower in the basement and that was our favorite thing. Don't hesitate one second. Book this now! I loved it so much I shared it on social media. Our stay was honestly the best we have had in a VRBO.

Mountain paradise!

This home is amazing! We have been going to CO every summer for the past 18 years. This home is, by far, the best cabin we’ve stayed in. It was clean, very neat, is equipped with comfortable, newer furniture, and it has a well equipped kitchen. The beds were beyond comfortable and the game room provided hours of entertainment. It essentially has everything you need to have a relaxing stay in the mountains. We were amazed at the hummingbird activity during our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching them. We are on a quest to conquer the CO 14ers, so we were familiar with the area as we climbed Mt. Sherman last year. This home is at about 10,089 ft and is literally as close to the trailhead for Mt. Sherman as you can get! Accessing the home doesn’t necessarily require a 4Wheel drive vehicle like some other homes in the area, but it may be helpful in the winter. (We have a 4-Runner and a Crosstrek so we can go almost anywhere without issues.) Overall, we’d say this home is perfect for those that enjoy daily adventures…Mt. Quandary is less than 30 minutes away outside of Breckenridge and it’s about 45 min to the Fourmile Creek Trailhead of Mt. Sherman which is at roughly 12,000 ft. It’s also centrally located as it’s only 4-5 min into town at FairPlay, about 30 min to Breckenridge, about 30 min to Buena Vista and about an hour to Leadville. We absolutely loved everything about this home and we hope to stay there again.

Beautiful home

We had a week long stay panned in this house but unfortunately we weren’t even able to stay 1 night. The altitude is >10,000 and immediately my husband and 4 yr old daughter started getting sick. I’m an ER nurse and just happened to have my pulse ox with me on the trip by coincidence. My healthy 4 yr olds O2 levels were as low as 78% and her heart rate was in the 160s. The owner of the house was amazing with communication and recommended driving to the fire station that was 5 min away to have the emt/medics check her(closest hospital is 1.5hr away). Their pulse ox was reading the same as mine and they gave us 2 options- either get her lower down the mountain immediately or they were taking her to the hospital for oxygen. It was a very scary and stressful first day experience. I’m writing this review bc I think everyone who stays here needs to know the altitude here is no joke- I would have never thought to even look up the altitude level. I recommend staying somewhere lower for a few days to get acclimated first. Definitely do not fly in and come straight here. We have traveled to keystone, CO and Breckenridge and had cabins there that were Lower altitude and have never had a problem. The house is great, and I know my kids would have had fun if we were able to stay. The only other thing is there must be a dog that lives inside usually bc there was dog hair on the couches and floors that stuck to our suit cases and clothes. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for this.
