Cozy Cottage- Bright, 2 Bedroom- Great Location

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. We are located close to beaches, restaurants, shopping (2 miles from Mashpee Commons) and many other activities for adults and families.
We have a great backyard with picnic tables, a deck with plenty of seating, a firepit with additional seating. There is a gas grill available for your use as well.
We also have a full kitchen for your cooking needs with appliances, utensils and cookware.

We have whole house AC with 3 ductless minisplit AC/Heating units.

Heritage Park right down the street! There are playgrounds, a dog park, Pickle Nall. soccer & baseball fields! As well as a Splash Pad the kids!

Calming time

My daughter and I spent a lovely few days at Brian's place. He was very responsive when we couldn't get into the house, help us find a great fish store and many other things. The patio and grill are terrific. I highly recommend staying at this delightful home

This property is located in a great area. It is quiet and private. I had problems accessing key to unlock.

I'm sorry about the check-in. I'm glad we were able to resolve the issue within 30 minutes and that you had no additional issues. We have made sure to include explicit instructions for our guests and also make sure we send those instructions directly to our guests before their stay for ease and convenience. We have not had any issues at all since your stay. Thank you for letting us know. We are always looking for ways to impetus our guest experience.
