I live in central California, but I have vacationed in Kauai for many years and I am very familiar with the island. I am new to hosting on VRBO, but I'm not new to hosting. I have privately rented my home in Santa Barbara & my home in Las Vegas is the past. We are a small family of 3, who love nothing more than enjoying the warm oceans around Kauai. Our beach is fantastic, and the location is centrally located on the island. Perfect spot to spend a day on the south/west coasts for a trip to Waimea Canyon, and catamaran trips. Another day a trip to the north shore. Close location to the airport, and walking distance to many fantastic restaurants. Top it off with the world class Jack Nicklaus designed ocean golf course across the street!

The location can't be beat. We are centrally located on the island so you can enjoy both the South & the North side of the island easily without missing out on one or the other. Costco, Target and all the main shopping and facilities are in Lihue so you don't need a car! The beach has everything! Great for surfing, SUP, boogie boarding–the lot! 3 levels of oceanfront living in a new, modern, clean designed home. There's central AC for the main living areas and split AC for the two ocean front suites. You can have it all!
