Wasted Cork is a stunning, recently renovated "Sunday House" nestled on Creek Street in Fredericksburg.

* 4 Master suites with King beds
* 3 En-suite bathrooms and 1 detached bathroom
* Comfortably sleeps 8; couch also folds out to a full bed
* Air conditioned entertainment barn equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, cornhole and theater stadium seating.
* Exterior hot tub and fire pit
* 2 Blocks south of Main street, 0.5 miles from Jacks Chophouse
* 5 miles to Lady Bird Johnson Golf course
* 12 miles to Grape Creek vineyards (not the main street location)
*16 miles to Chisholm Trails winery
* 17 miles to Enchanted Rock State Natural Area hiking

We will not contact you during your stay unless there is an emergency. However, we are available for you 24/7! Please feel free to reach out through the booking platform prior to your arrival if you have any questions. Let us know if we can help with travel plans or suggestions prior to arrival.

Our city has a noise ordinance so please be respectful of neighbors after 10 pm.

This is a beautiful property that we take pride in, the property is in a quiet residential area with sensitive neighbors, so please understand and respect them.

Quiet hours are 10 pm-7 am. Absolutely no parties, no loud outdoor music, no disruptive outside activities of any kind, especially past 10 pm–this is strictly enforced by the city.

If neighbors complain we will have to ask you to leave the property without a refund.

Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit.

Planning to decorate? Please let us know in advance. No glitter or confetti. Do not hang or tape any decorations to the walls or fixtures.

Great plac that is extremely nice and clean. The king beds with private bathrooms make for plenty of space for couples. The outdoor entertaining barn is top notch! I would definitely book The Wasted Cork again.

We stayed here for my wife's birthday with several friends. It was a great property for multiple adults/couples as each bedroom has a large bed and their own bathroom. The showers had great pressure and everything was clean. The shop in the back had great amenities utilize when staying in on the property.

Just Perfect!

This is the perfect house for adults! Rooms are all king and nicely decorated. Game room is wonderful. Close to town is a plus. We really enjoyed it!

Fun with friends in Fredericksburg

We met friends from east Texas for our semiannual golf get together. House was perfect size for 4 couples. Layout and amenities were exactly what we were looking for. Location was great also. We will come back again for another round of golf, fun and food in the future.

Reunion with lifetime friends

4 couples arrived on a Friday to spend 3 nights reconnecting, eating, golfing, and playing games. Each couple had their own bathroom and KING BED! (Only one bathroom was not en suite, but right next to the smallest bedroom, still with a king bed.) Plenty of living space to prepare a meal, huge dining table, and space to gather together. As if that wasn’t enough, just outside was a fully finished ‘garage’ with theatre seating for 8 to watch movies, play pool and other games. There is a small hot tub outside, probably for about 2 people at a time. Washer/dryer in the house and products supplied. This home is located near restaurants, a bakery, and shopping! Really couldn’t have asked for a better spot for reuniting and having a comfortable 3 nights/days together.

The house was really nice and clean. The attached garage with shuffler board was awesome. The only complaint was the living room had no blinds/curtains. The back yard could have used better lighting. Nice place plenty of parking space too.

Great place!!

We went for my husband’s 50th birthday. 4 couples. We didn’t utilize the barn/game room as much as I thought we would. We enjoyed the house and it was great to have 4 bathrooms!

Great place near town with separate game room

We have stayed here more than once. Once with friends, once with family. A very pleasant experience with nice house, nice gameroom, nice location.

Fun Family Getaway!!

We really enjoyed this property! The entertainment barn was a hit! We enjoyed playing games, watching movies and sitting in the hot tub. We grilled out one evening and made breakfast every morning. The host has thought of everything. The house was well equipped and well laid out. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The beds were super comfy and clean, the towels were soft and I appreciated the separate face towels. We did notice that the Keurig machine needs to be descaled (we went ahead and cleaned it) and one of the bathrooms was not draining well. But no big deal to us, we enjoyed ourselves and will be back for sure! Thank you!

Perfect Retreat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Loved that all 4 couples had a king room with their own bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. Also really enjoyed hanging out in the entertainment barn. We plan to come back again!

Weekend couples getaway

This was the perfect property for 4 couples on a wine tasting weekend getaway. The property was well decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The entertainment barn provided a great place for those that wanted to stay up later without disturbing the whole group. I would definitely stay here again.

Great House!

We were 4 couples getting away before the kids go back to school. With 4 king bed rooms and 4 bathrooms, this house gave us the perfect amount of privacy. The game room was perfect for entertaining ourselves at the end of the day.
